I've been using Cake Stuff for a few years now, and never had a bad experience. Products always great quality, and delivery is fast.

Unfortunately, my most recent order had a split in one of the bags of cake mixes and it damaged a cake board that I had also ordered. I called customer services that afternoon and they sorted it straight away for me. Great customer service and I'll be using them again. :)

Range if products stocked overall very good. Prompt delivery.

There were a couple of items out of stock but the items I did order were delivered quickly and in good condition.

Order arrived damaged and no response received from customer care when contacted.

Part of my order was completely missed off three packs of icing were not included .Yes my order was made up but this was stressful ask was making my granddaughters Christening cake !

Easy to order, and was able to add an item within 12 hours of ordering. Customer Service helpful and efficient. Only thing to note is the size of the box it came in was huge and a bit overkill, maybe size these a little better :)

Ordering from Cake Stuff is easy. Their online shop is easy to move around and checkout is simple with a variety of options to pay. Delivery is good also with courier options. Issues with order is sorted. Good communication. Will order again.

Have used a few times now as they often come up cheapest but this time there was an error in my order. I called and spoke to someone who was super helpful. They were able to send me a return label to return the incorrect items easily and sent out the correct items to me next day delivery even before the wrong items had been returned. Very impressed with this customer service.

Placed order selected delivery on Wednesday via evri , received despatch notice stating delivery Thursday via yodel . Didn’t turn up Thursday so filled in online enquiry form , got standard reply , thank you for filling in form but heard no more . Yodel delivered Sunday . Great , it was needed for a cake on Saturday !! Absolutely disgusting service and now I’m stuck with over £40 of stuff I have no need for . Not happy at all
