Sent Lee to do the survey - an installer - what a difference to others who sent salesmen.
So good at understanding the requirements for the property and so polite.
Took 2 days for install of very hard work and what a result !!!!!

We contacted Calder to see if they could fit an alarm system to our new warehouse and they were able to come out to survey the property quickly. They were very thorough and their quote was clear and extensive. They asked lots of questions so they could give us the best possible system and the engineer that came to see us was friendly and professional. Once we chose the system we wanted fitting, they were able to accommodate us very quickly and the engineer who installed the system was absolutely first rate. He went above and beyond during the installation and I cannot rate him highly enough. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them for other security needs moving forward.

My cctv cameras suddenly stopped working properly and because I’m disabled they are a lifeline for me as the cameras are re layed to my family in case I have a fall or something goes wrong I called Calder security Gavin came out and after going through the all the cameras he found the fault but unfortunately it had to be ordered then Ben came out and got everything back up and running I must say both engineers were very polite and professional couldn’t fault them at all left everything tidy and I must say that the final bill was very fair indeed for the time spent on the job thank you Calder security Highly recommend

This company has been a saviour. My alarm stopped working. Called the office, friendly reception right away. Appointment booked within a few days. I contacted the 24 hr locksmith service from Calder Security and they were extremely responsive, efficient and professional. They completed the job for us in quick time , I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends.

CCTV system updated with new high resolution colour cameras.
Engineer arrived early, tidied up and quickly did a good job.
