Ho ordinato un completo copri piumino ed è arrivato del colore sbagliato. Ho provato a contattare caleffi, per chiedere come fare per cambiarlo ma alle mail non mi ha mai risposto nessuno, ho provato a chiamare il numero verde più volte ma, ogni volta mi è stato detto “ la richiameremo” ma non mi ha mai contattato nessuno. Servizio clienti PESSIMO!

Ci dispiace per l’inconveniente riscontrato. Come già comunicato tramite il ticket aperto, le avevamo indicato la possibilità di procedere con il reso entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento dell’ordine, ma non avendo ricevuto risposta abbiamo pensato che avesse deciso di non proseguire.
