It was a delight working with Brad L. He listened well and was able to help us select the best package for our needs. We had an issue after a couple of weeks the alarm was installed. This was one of the tests of the company and Brad's reliability/accessibility. Brad lined up the tech who installed our alarm that same day and resolved the issue. Today, he just stopped by to see how we're doing (not selling anything).

Danny the sales rep was really intelligent about his alarm products and overall a real down to earth person. The tech Chris was great. He did clean work and I liked him as much as Danny. I was having a frustrating experience with ADT sales just trying to schedule a time to have them come by so I could sign a physical contract, the sales guy didn't know how to use the e-document software. So I called California Security Pro. I explained to the Ayesha (Security Pro Sales) what I was looking for and the number of entry points, she was very helpful and put together a system that covered everything at a much more reasonable price than ADT. She took all the information that she needed over the phone and got the process started, the ADT rep couldn't get the process started until after he had the contract signed. She then explained that it would be installed within 72 hours! I couldn't believe it, ADT told me "maybe" they could install within 2 weeks!
She told me that Daniel would be my installer and that it would take about 3-4 hours to install. Daniel got to our house on time, he was a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable about the system. He finished his install in less than two hours!
Would I recommend this company? I already have recommended them to my father in law and I'm thinking about having them out to my work place to evaluate and install as well.
I still have ADT monitoring my system....but I hired California Security Pro for the better signup and install service!

Rene was able to install our system the next day and was extremely professional, clean, organized, and friendly. He made sure to explain everything and even provided tips and recommendations to help get full use out of our new alarm system. We decided that it was time to consider a home security system for our home. News reports often report home invasion robberies, burglaries, etc. and we researched a system through our local cable company and then decided to find out more about the ADT system. Our representative, Danny Tresierras was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he answered our questions and provided valued information about the variety ADT Security plans which are available. Our technician, Ron Loetz installed the sensors, cameras, etc. in a very "clean" manner and checked with us throughout the process to receive our input and opinion regarding placement, etc. We are very, very pleased with our system and would highly recommend California Security Pro, Danny Tresierras, Ron Loetz and ADT to all of our friends and family!

Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.
