Wish I could give zero stars.
The driver who delivered the skip placed it far too close to our driveway wall. When they came to collect it, they completely smashed the wall.
We have both video evidence and a witness( neighbour seen)yet the company has refused to take any responsibility.
We contacted them numerous times regarding compensation, with no success — not even an apology. On top of that, we had to wait 33 days for the skip to be collected, with no communication about the delay. We had to repeatedly chase them ourselves.
This is by far the most disgraceful service I have ever experienced. They advertise themselves as the “best skip hire company in the West Midlands” — what a joke.
The drivers are clearly not competent and unable to carry out even a basic risk assessment when delivering or collecting the skip.
Do not use this company. They take no responsibility for damage, so do not waste your time or money. Choose a company that has proper liability insurance.
This happened in 2021, but at the time Trustpilot did not allow me to leave a review. I’m disappointed to see that this company is still operating today.
