Horrible, feel scammed
Cleaning service has been done 2025-05-30
Two employees came to clean the apartment, took 2 hours and said that the job is done. Upon closer inspection we have noticed immediate flaws in the job such as - dirty cabinet doors/inside, dirty drawers, dirty oven handles, dirt on the inside of fridge door, dust and dirt on the floor (even if they were supposedly mopped and vacuumed), limescale in bathroom sink and shower cabin, there were stains on the bathroom walls, the carpet has been vacuumed, but very poorly, the kitchen fume hood was greasy and dirty even if they claim they have cleaned it. I could still continue naming the flaws of the work but I will stop here.
They have called me and stated that the job was done at 17:30. We had to re-clean what they did not clean and re-vacuum, re-mop the floor properly. We had to give in the apartment to the landlord the next day.
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. This is unacceptable for a moving-out cleaning service.
