best shop in preston what you need repairing there do it 4 you what every you need just ask someone at callcabin 4 something

I recently had a problem with my phone so I went to the phone cabin to see if they could help me It transpired that my phone was not repairable so I purchased a new phone off them but because of the problem with my phone they had a very difficult time transferring my data but due to the team at phone cabin not giving up they eventually managed to resolve the issue.I was extremeley grateful to the staff at phone cabin on adeiphi st preston and strongly recommend them to anybody thanks again 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Well what can I say other than 5stars again .
Visited the Call Cabin Preston again today ,with my 14year old granddaughter.
Excited to purchase her iPhone 16pro ,with her Christmas money.
(This being her 4th iPhone bought with company over the years.
Along with her iPad,laptop for school. Purchased mums phone and iPad also)

We will never go anywhere else .Recommend to all my friends and family,all had similar experiences as myself on visiting/purchasing from the store.
Very competitive prices ,really good trade in prices given,no bartering required ever ..
Customer Service second to none.(the lads are polite, Professional ,happy to help ,nothing to much trouble, no rushing to get you to buy an item and on your way . None of the crappy sales pitch .
Always honest true advice on the best product,best price.

Anyway my granddaughter had her previous iPhone to part ex for her new one.
Brilliant offer,very happy with what she received.(As in previous years)very good price for new phone .
Even though bought the phone quite quickly with the offer we received,in the shop over a hour,whist the store manager,cleared her old phone ,set up her new one ( even did a TikTok as first customer of the 2025 lol 😂 she was thrilled 🤩,being 14 ,hoping will appear on their website 😂)

Totally made her Christmas.

Had an operator problem with an iphone (ie, an idiot owner!!) and in desperation went to see Call Cabin - we met JD, and within 5 mins he had completely sorted the issue and the situation was entirely resolved to our complete satisfaction. Wonderful service from an extremely knowledgeable guy. Can't recommend Call Cabin highly enough !! Thanks guys.

I've used The Call Cabin before many years ago as these experts have been around for a long time (25years+) so when my Realme 6Pro dropped and the rear glass cracked I called them....no problem, found me an identical glass back, once it was delivered to them I got the call to come in and they did the job within two hours....very professional, polite and don't rip you off....great job guys.

Excellent service bought new phone and iPad very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable nothing to much trouble. Good price would definitely recommend especially if your baffled by technology.

You’re simply the best phone support on the planet 
i-Phone got saturated on a very wet rainy ramble walk last month before lockdown. I attempted drying it out for a week in the usual way, dried rice but no joy. I was absolutely gutted... friendships, important contacts and precious photos all lost but Sam, JD and the Call Cabin Team did not give up. They too tried reviving / drying it out for a couple of weeks but no joy.
With a little patience and time they said just leave it with us and we will send it away to have the main board assessed.
Eight weeks later when Call Cabin rang to say all had been saved, contacts, notes, photos, etc I was elated. All I am saying is don’t be too quick about parting ways with your device

I have to say i have over time used number of repair places for my kids who went through a phase of breaking phones ! The guys here go the extra mile to deliver service and have some great deals on phones and apple products. I recommend them and its a pleasure to pop in there anytime :)
