Once again I've called on Ken to help me out of a pickle and, just as the previous time, he's pulled out all the stops and saved the day. This time it was to replace an expired Time Capsule for my MacBook Pro, and also to upgrade my OS - as well as setting me up with a bigger USB hub. I'm one very happy and hugely relieved customer. Brilliant service all round, and a true gentleman.

Ken helped our business set up a new lap top and transfer data and software from the old one to the new. The work was done to a high standard and the only issue was fixed the next day. Great price too!

I am pleased to recommend Ken. He fixed our computer at a very reasonable price. He is always punctual, friendly and explains the problem and the options in language that the non-specialist can understand. Ken has been looking after our home and business computers for around 10 years and always gives a first class service.

Great service provided by Ken who took the time to explain my options. Got my PC running and upgraded it to run properly. We had a unit issue with sound which Ken fixed promptly. Would highly recommend.

My laptop was operating so slowly, it was driving me mad and I was thinking I needed a new one. Ken did an overhaul, cleaned it up and it now works very well! Very pleased with the service I received and the reasonable fee.He is knowledgeable and I felt he was very trustworthy, doing the best for me and the laptop, without ripping me off. Overall it saved me money as I didn't need to buy a new laptop!! Well pleased!!
