I only had good experience with the company. Always answering my questions and it doesn't matter which week day it was. They even helped me on a sunday. Top support and top prices for Denmark. Took the subscription with the first phone i bought, have no plans on changing them at all.

I called the warranty many times and…
I called the warranty many times and they called where the phone was taken. The phone is still broken. It's been more than two weeks and I haven't received a call from them. Before that, the insurance said to call them and they said to call them. I pay the warranty and they can't fix the phone. What nonsense is this?!?!? Where should I go then? What am I paying the insurance for if they can't fix the phone!?!?

Call me does not provide a coverage on…
Call me does not provide a coverage on phone calls around EU, which is basic for other companies, they charge extra for it! Besides that, they charge you for roaming and internet service outside of EU when it’s not working at all. Of course, don’t forget that to speak with customer service they keep you waiting for more than an hour.

I had my mobile abonnement from Callme…
I had my mobile abonnement from Callme for a couple of months. It was OK i the beginning, but I got extra abonnement for calling somewhere, that I was pretty sure, it didn´t happen for me, and each time I wrote an mail, I get the same irrelevant response after almost a week. Finally I moved to another accompany.
