Absolute scam. I am so disappointed in myself that I impulse bought this piece of rubbish

Firstly, it took months to come. When I emailed them, the same person called "Bryan" replied every time with some terrible excuse. Once the order finally arrived, the quality of the product was absolutely terrible. It was so bad that I threw it in the back of a random cupboard for over a year.

A year later I decided to try and set it up and I did. Setting it up was frustrating. For some reason you need to use two plug sockets for it to work. Once I did get it working, I put my hand in to adjust the mist-maker and it gave me an electric shock. Piece of rubbish.

Once fully set up it looks kind of cool. However prepare for anything in the immediate area of the waterfall to get soaked. Water splashes out of the base and the mist makes the surface Infront of it wet.

Conclusion: piece of rubbish, everyone that contributed towards this "product" should be ashamed.

Absolute scam, I waited 65 days for them to ship the products and they never did, so I contacted PayPal for my money back. Coincidentally, one day after I make a claim, calm falls decides to ship my items. Total thieves, DO NOT buy from them.

Ordered as an impulse buy back in march. It's September and still havent recieved anything. Tried contacting them several times and got only crickets in return. Going to file a small claims appeal so I can actually get my 50 euros back. Also filing a report with the FTC. So many other people have been scammed by these scumbags. I dont know how they haven't been shut down yet, this is robbery. Now they have a secondary website called foggyfalls likely running the same scam. They'll take your order, give you some bs tracking number (mine now hilariously states that multiple items have the same number. No updates since the beginning of june and it apparently shipped in march) and never follow up with you or give you some sort of confirmation that the order has been fulfilled. Their return policies are so cryptic they can wiggle their way out of any situation. They require you to return the item for a refund but how is that possible if it never gets delivered. Total joke.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Ordered 10th of June and still nothing. They keep telling me to wait. Im gonna try contacting paypal and citizens advice

***UPDATE***
The order came today (29/08/20) after 3 months and after opening a paypal case. There was no email saying it has been shipped like it states when you first make your order. I just got a text on the day from DPD.
To be honest i really like the fountain but it definitely was not worth the stress and the time it took to come. Also no assembly instructions have been provided in the box.

I placed an order on 15th May 2020 and I've still never received this item. I've been in contact via email with "Bryan" regarding this and I get the same response every single time. When I track the order on their website it says "ordered" however "Bryan" says that it has been processed and they cannot give me a refund for this reason. It has been 55 business days despite them saying it would take 35-40 in their emails.

Don't order from them, it seems like a scam!! I wish I read these reviews before I purchased.

An absolute disgrace!! I placed my order in May and the product has still not arrived!!!

I have contacted their customer service team via email and have chased and chased, they have stopped responding after 2 emails.

I have made a request for a refund and have not heard anything back from them!

It is highly suspicious that they have no contact number and only correspond by email. They have also changed their company name to 'Foggy falls' which I find highly suspicious does anybody have any advice as to how I could contact them?

*** update*** I have still not heard from them but I managed to get a refund by logging a complaint through by bank!!

Scam, just scam. A bot is answering the mails

Scam site, many emails sent, but no delivery , over 4 months ago now

Terrible service. Product took over 3 months to arrive and despite several attempts support would not provide shipping details. Product finally arrived although I suspect that was only because I started a chargeback request via bank.
Product arrived without the correct plug despite their website claiming it would. Contacted support and was told they would not send the appropriate one.

I ordered a Calm Falls the 4th May 2020 and received it yesterday 17th July 2020 after seeing it on a Instagram ad it caught my eye.

The shipping was incredibly long. I early asked for a refund because it was supposed to be a birthday gift but the person i spoke with insisted me on reading the FAQs on the website and give the shipping a 30 day wait time to process. This was not mentioned on the product page nor when you proceeded to checkout. No refund or shipping-code within the first week. I received information about my package only 4 days ago July 13th so it was a really slow process.

The fountain came as one with a detachable tree to put on the top. The mistmaker and tiny pump for the waterflow came in seperate smaller containers requiring 1 power cord each. There was no product journal in the package. Instructions to set it up had to be found on their Youtube page.

Installing it was tricky at first but the video made it look very easy. After pouring the water into the base of the fountain it took a while before it started to pump as intended. The tiny pump engine made a lot of noise at first. There was no socket for it on the back and it often vibrated against the walls causing a annoying and not very calming noise because of it floating freely and vibrating. This kind of defeated the purpose of it being a quiet and calm waterfall, but after a little adjusments and a few small but a bit painful shocks in my finger i got everything to sit and run like it was thought to. Do not try to adjust the Mist-Maker once the cord is in because it obviously has a bit of electrical tension around it once its in the water. Nothing major but i did have some pain in my hand the rest of the evening.

I was a bit dissapointed over the fact that it took so long to get it shipped and that it didn't run very smooth at first, causing a lot of noise. The mist-maker made the surface extremely wet around the front of the fall so it should not be placed directly on a table but on a plate of some sort to keep the condensed water at bay. It requires 2 power cords to run and theres no on and off switch so the cords has to be plugged out by hand when you want to turn it off.

Now im sitting in my armchair listening to the pouring water and the breeze of the mistmaker which is extremely statisfying. It looks fantastic once it gets going despite some let downs. The led-light mistmaker is working perfectly only downside is that the pump can make noise.

I'd love to see a improved version with a built in power switch, already setup product (so you don't have to do it yourself) and a noise sollution for the pump, maybe a socket of some sort?

This is a complete scam, I prefer from 23rd of May and after multiple emails they've now stopped responding, over 2 months and no shipment, refusing to send back my money. Avoid at all costs!

Full scam. They do not answer emails, your order won’t come. This is 100% scam. Ordered more than 2 months ago and still no sign of proper tracking,

Order has took 2 month to arrive. When I have received my order, the feature itself looks great. I would not advise using this as a "desk feature" the reason being is because the moisture off the steam makes the area surrounding the feature very wet. Normally people have electrical appliances on their desk, in my opinion it should not be used near anything electrical at all as this could cause an electric shock to the user. I have only been able to use the steam side to the feature for about 5 minutes before everything is soaking wet.

Ordered one 08/05/2020 today's date is 02/07/2020 still no response. On the website it still says that my item has been 'Ordered' which it has said since day one, hasn't been updated since.
On the website it says there is a sale with a timer but once the timer ticks over then it resets, wish I noticed this before because it is obviously a scam.

Don't bother wasting your money here.

Waited two months and still no order. Excuse after excuse and now they’re avoiding answering my emails. Don’t purchase.

Edit: product arrived eventually and works as described. The gentleman who manages the emails and complaints is a nightmare to deal with. I’d have a better chance of receiving a response from my own grandmother who passed away in 2015.

So, about 2 months ago I purchased from here following an advert on Instagram. I never usually do things like this and immediately as soon as I purchased it I thought it seemed odd. Anyway, the next day I emailed the contact email and requested a refund and I received a response from someone called Bryan which read "this cannot be done due to the shipping information already being given to the courier" yet I had no tracking information. I have since raised a claim with PayPal and they are reviewing the information, but 2 days before the response was needed from the seller, they decided to upload a tracking number which does not appear to be correct. I urge anyone to not purchase anything from this company, nor from Instagram ads in general unless they are from a known and trustworthy seller.

Scammers! Same as all the others, I ordered, didn't recieve anything, got multiple excuses and a fake shipping number. Handed over the issue to PayPal now.
