I discovered Calpak after receiving the Luka duffle as a gift. After my first trip with it I was smitten. I have since added a few more Calpak pieces to my collection. Each one is made of high quality materials and you can tell a lot of thought went into their designs. Calpak customer service has been great and very responsive whenever I have a question.

I bought 2 pieces of luggage, very expensive but it advertised "warranty" and looked very strong.Hard shell.
For the $$ first trip on airplane it was scratched down through the paint, rubs everywhere. Called and there is no warranty for flight mishandling. I bought it to last. My samsonite soft side at least is cleanable and cheaper better value going on 6 years old. Save your money.

I purchased the Luka zippered passport wallet and I love how it holds my cards, passport, a pen and a little note book when traveling. I strongly recommend. It’s easy to find in my bag when needing to pull out. Everything is in one wallet. Oh, so easy to clean as well

Love these backpacks for my diaper bag. Their compact, many pockets for use, & lightweight. They also wash up great.

I purchased a Luka duffle on sale (purple). When I opened the bag I was so surprised because the color was even better than I thought!

I have what seems like a ton of bags from all brands but come back to my calpak bags for their many pockets for organizing everything, the material is durable, love the feel of the Luka line.

I ordered a bag for a special birthday and paid for a kids patch. It took about a month to get the bag (not worth the money) and there was no patch. Their customer service is horrible and you can’t talk to a real person. They clearly don’t read emails because they keep responding with the same garbage about returning it, which I can’t do because there’s no time to get a replacement. I simply want to be refunded for the $25 patch but they are unresponsive. Let this be a warning…they can’t get the order right and can’t correct their mistakes. Run from this company!

I got the Luka Duffel in walnut, it’s perfect. I got the regular size and I love the quality of this bag.

I purchased both a carry on and a checked-size bag from the Calpak Hue series and within 6 months, the rubber zipper cover on both bags began cracking and falling off. By the 18 month mark, we had to use duct tape to cover the zipper ends so the contents of the suitcase was not exposed. This is a really poor design.
My emailed complaint to their customer service was answered by an AI bot who told me if I used their (useless) warranty, there would be both service and return shipping fees! We will be purchasing new suitcases that are NOT Calpak.

I've loved the two products I have from this store (diaper bag crossbody and Terra sling bag). Both are high quality items that I use daily. I bought the sling bag in preparation for a trip, and it was a savior. Kept everything I needed and hands free! Also, compared to other brands, I found their rewards program to be straightforward and quick to redeem, which is always appreciated as a returning customer.

I purchased luggage from this company and was immediately disappointed when it arrived. While the product looked fine at first glance, the quality felt extremely poor and not suitable for actual travel — especially considering the high price point.

When I attempted to return it, I was told the item was final sale and that the only option available was store credit. Despite explaining my concerns and even offering to accept a partial refund, the company refused to issue anything other than a gift card.

This left me with no real resolution, since I no longer trust the quality of their products and have no desire to use store credit. Unfortunately, my experience shows that their “final sale” policy leaves customers stuck with products they’re unhappy with.

I cannot recommend this company and would caution others to carefully consider before purchasing.

My daughter received an expensive Calpak lunch bag for her birthday. She used it maybe 10 times before it got a hole. I emailed the company — had to go through AI hoops and send photos multiple times and then was told there’s no warranty but I could have a 10% promo on my next purchase. Ridiculous. Very disappointed and will not recommend.

I have two 26l backpacks and 35l tote. I use one for work and the other 2 for travel. I travel a lot. This was perfect

BEWARE: Terrible customer service! I received an email offer from CALPAK with a promotion to place an order and receive a free gift. The terms of the email said the promotion was good until Sept 2nd. The company would not honor their promotion even though it was within the time frame (even 6 days before the promo ended). They fought me and refused to honor saying it had ended even though the terms of the offer stated 6 days remaining. Worst company. Do not do business with them they are not a company of integrity.

Update: Their response below is a lie. I have a screenshot that this was an official CALPAK email that was sent to me from their email address showing the promotion and dates which had not passed. Even more proof of dishonesty with this company! Avoid!

Was in love with my new backpack (gift from BF- now my ex) but one of the main zippers broke almost immediately, making the pack un-usable. Wrote Calpak directly and they wouldn't fix it because I didn't have the receipt- but it is clearly a calpak and is clearly brand new

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a carry on bag in JUNE, used it ONE TIME, and on the trip back the handle extension stopped working in the lower position and wouldn't lock in. I asked to return it and they won't stand by their product. I'm going to send it back, at my own expense, just to get rid of it.It's pathetic. And their customer service is NON EXISTENT.

I was so excited to use my new calpak suitcase (pink). I had purchased it from Nordstrom off rack. First time used on trip to Paris. Came off the baggage with a broken handle on the trolley. Now I know airlines are rough, however, the handle is lightweight plastic that was connected to a thin rod in the trolley handle. Easy snap. Broken. Was moving through Paris and Brugge. Had to combine luggage with my travel companion and leave suitcase at hotel. Not a good look for calpak.

I purchased 2 laptop bags from their website after searching online and hearing about their great quality - my intention was to see which I preferred IRL and return the other one.

When I contacted customer services I was shocked to learn they don't accept returns from International orders. This seemed crazy to me given the international world we live in and is also against UK law and the consumer rights act.

Only when I raised this point did they advise they would accept my return, but apparently I need to pay for the shipping. I will be contacting consumer rights to further understand my position.

I purchased a Hue Calpak Carry-on with front pocket. Thankfully I purchased the item with points and a gift card because it would have gotten sent back immediately. It’s cute but I question the stability of it and it’s very small inside. This is more for say a few days away, not for a week or two. No you would need an additional bag, which is different for me because my Samsonite carry on was all I needed. That being said the front pocket is an AWESOME idea and Calpak is very generous with the space. I just think it needs a bit more design work to make it spacious and still be a carry-on. Or perhaps make a bigger version of the carry-on that people can take on trains or put in their cars when no flying is involved? Just an idea Calpak.
