I want to love this brand and my purchase but I couldn't. Poor return policy to penalise buyers on return shipping fee when the issue wasn't mine but inaccurate product info provided online. Customer service was not helpful either.

Ordered a 54 pound bag for christmas never arrived no updated tracking and cost me alot to ring customer services and got no reply i have emailed 3 times still no reply so i am out of pocket and still no bag
Poor refund service
I have been trying to contact them for about two weeks through multiple live chats, email, and international calls (charges apply), but I haven’t been able to reach them. The return label was missing from my box, and an error message appeared when I tried to download it from the website. The only way to obtain a refund is by contacting them, which I have been unable to do.

Went to Calvin Klein in Cannock over the weekend, we visited many shops on our visit, the staff in Calvin Klein stood out the most as they are rude to customers, staff on the tills are chatting with each other at the till with total disregard for customers while being served, ended up waiting for them to finish the conversation to complete my purchase, this is basic manors, not the best experience, come on, you can do better than this !

Ordered 2x packs of 3 boxers. One pair has a hole. No big deal right? Just a quality issue that has been missed. However, it’s been 3 weeks since I emailed and no response. I tried live chat but there was 2,500 in the queue. It’s a shame this company seems to be failing so badly lately, I’ve always loved their underwear but it’s safe to say I’ll never give them my money again.
The product quality was awful
The product quality was awful. Their return policy is absolutely rubbish. I returned an item more than 20 days ago and still haven’t received a refund. Their customer service is rubbish as well — they don’t answer emails, there’s no response on chat, and I waited on a call for half an hour with no answer. Absolutely rubbish. I have not got my refund. they are fraud.

I placed 2 big orders almost 3 weeks ago, still i am waiting. I tried to contact 0080074636499 and intl number, no body picks up after waiting 1 hour. Tried to contact live chat, no luck. I emailed 5 different calvin klien customer service emails, No reply.
I ordered these items to gift my beloved ones for Christmas, Calvin Klien ruined my trust with my close ones. I ordered worth more than 500 euros, and I can't get any updates from any where. It looks like online Calvin Klien is a Scam.
Appauling customer service…
boots advertised at sale price but was charged full price when delivered. Customer services did not respond to me at all. Am now trying to return the boots but no paperwork in box so am having to try and go thru customer services again. I will never shop here again!!!
NO Customer Service
I ordered a couple of items online which were in stock. I received an email to say the order would be delayed due to workload, which I had no issues with. A few days later I received a further email to say that my full order had been dispatched. Then the following day I was told only half my order was now in stock and the other half could not be fulfilled and I would get a refund. How can my order be sent and then the following day only has be available??
I have requested numerous contact from Calvin Klein and to date no one has answered my contact form, email or customer complaint.
Zero customer service
Why no response?
I can’t believe an entire business like CK has zero infrastructure for their customer service - bought boots received wrong colour - and they have zero contactable information to get in touch - no response via emails or social media - awful use of chatbots - all brand name no substance- do not make the mistake of purchasing from them
Refunded for wrong items
They refunded me the wrong items, the cheaper items in fact. I don't know how they get it so wrong, it's not even the same colour. I tried calling them, email, live chat. Nothing gets through. What a scam of a company. Don't buy.
No sign of order
Placed an order and received a confirmation email on November 30th to confirm the order and state that the order would be with me in "3-5 working days". Tracking didn't update for a week, and has not updated for another week. It's now been over 2 weeks since I placed the order with no updates or explanations, and no sign of my order.
I tried to get in contact via customer service live chat, was told it would be a 50 minute wait and over an hour goes by with no response. I tried ringing their customer service help line to get information, I was left on hold for 50 minutes and the hung up on out of nowhere. There is no sign of my order being delivered and no way to get any answers about it.
Zero customer service
Bought a watch - arrived broken, and since then has been a nightmare trying to contact customer services for a response. Their messaging service just cuts you off, no reply on their WhatsApp contact, and zero response via email. Have sent the product back via their usual returns channel but not hopeful of getting my money refunded :( Really wouldn't have expected this from such a well known company - wish i'd checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering.
Ridiculous Customer Service
Unjustifiable delivery delay of my order made on 12/02/2025 with no further update or notification, disgraceful!
When Customer support is contacted for help, it's a mere waste of time as they don't have access to your order and they fill you up with useless blah blah and excuses without any result!!
What's the point then of choosing order delivery via BoxNow???👎👎👎

Very poor experience. An item was missing from my package. Emailed customer service twice but nobody ever responded. Not impressed.
Missing Items and No Customer Service
My girlfriend ordered some products about a week ago (Oder ID: 31071297661). She did not receive all the items she ordered, and despite multiple attempts, she has been unable to reach your customer service team.
She has already sent four emails without receiving any response.
Earlier today, I attempted to contact your customer support phone line in the Netherlands. I waited on hold for 16 minutes and 37 seconds without anyone answering, after which I had no choice but to end the call. My Danish mobile provider has since charged me 26.06 DKK for this failed attempt to reach your support.
It is extremely disappointing to experience both
1. missing items in the order, and
2. complete lack of access to customer support.
I respectfully request the following:
1. Immediate clarification regarding the missing items from the order.
2. A full resolution, either by sending the missing products or arranging a refund.
3. Reimbursement of the phone charges, as it is unreasonable for customers to pay for support calls when no one answers.
You have three business days from receiving this email to respond. If neither my girlfriend nor I hear from you within that timeframe, we will proceed with reporting the matter to the police as a fraud case, due to missing goods and failure to respond to repeated contact attempts.
We hope this can be resolved quickly and professionally.
