For several years I have been ordering my shoes from this online shop and I am absolutely satisfied. The selection is huge and the prices are unbeatable in most cases. The last order also arrived within a very short time, top packed. Great prices, huge selection and absolutely reliable delivery. Probably the best shoe store in all of Europe.
Stitching on boot failed after 2-3 months of use. Seller claims there is no warranty on boots and refuses to repair/replace or refund.
I recently ordered slippers from Calzature Ginevra, but unfortunately, I never received them. According to the tracking information, the package was supposedly delivered, but nothing was found. It wasn’t left with the neighbors, and my doorbell camera clearly shows that the courier never came by. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response.
This has been an extremely poor experience, and I strongly advise others against ordering anything from this website. The lack of communication and reliability makes this a place you should definitely avoid.
