I bought a Fuji X100S camera and the front ring was missing. I spoke to Customer Service, and they were very friendly and helpful. They solved the issue within one week, by sending me the front ring and a few extra accessories to make up for the inconvenience. (They also offered me to return the camera free of charge.) Thanks!
