I ordered some lens cleaning kit from Cameraworld, thinking it would be a item in stock at all times. It seems I was wrong. Part of my order was not ready before I went on my photography trip.

They were the only company that had the new lens I wanted in stock, they shipped it promptly and it arrived
next day.

After a research on the internet, I had placed the order and ordered 2 filters as they were on discount at that time. However, after placing the order, I did not heard any update from them and therefore need to follow up by myself. After repeated email enquires, the answer was this item out of stock and I need to wait for them to re-stock this item. After waiting for more than a month, I finally received the filters after a long long wait. The fact was I did not receive any compensation on the inconvenience caused.

Did a lot of research on the product I wanted and found Camera world had the best deal going. Ordering online was straightforward and delivery was prompt.

I was looking for a lens for my grandson and I spoke to Will from Cameraworld and he talked me through all options for my grandsons R7. I chose the Sigma 16-300mm, the ordering process was simple, the delivery was spot on, the lens was extremely well packaged and I can not thank Will enough for all of the advice.
I will certainly be coming back to Cameraworld when my grandson needs another upgrade for his growing love for photography.

My first and certainly won't be my last purchase from CameraWorld. The correspondence between us was clear and concise. The camera and lenses arrived well packaged.

The parcel arrived well packed and in good condition. The courier let me down a bit by telling it was going to be delivered the day after they received it but later that day they told me there was a problem and had to wait until the next day. Obviously this wasn't Camera world fault.

Good website, easy to navigate and check out. Good range of film, quick delivery.

After ordering a tripod and gimble that was in stock and ships in 3-5 days I spent the next 2 months chasing up the order. I was initially told after it hadn’t arrived within a week that it was in their warehouse and would arrive shortly.
This then turned into various conversations with different scenarios of when and why over the following 2 months all initiated by me after the previous deadline faded away. Although I did eventually get the product and it was exactly what I wanted I did miss several opportunities to use the product abroad during this time.
I would like to thank Will who eventually sorted out my problem in the end.
I did have a bit of a chuckle to myself when I was contacted by Will who said he would upgrade my shipping now the product was in stock to 24 hour delivery and at no extra cost to me to make up for the delay.
If I had been told that the product would take 2 months to deliver initially on ordering then this would be a 5 star review as the price was very competitive and apart from the delay I had no other problems.

Super efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Very easy ordering process online (as well as a great stock), order was ready to collect the following morning. My camera was in really great condition, it was priced very reasonably, and the kind man who served me in store was a great help, offering me lots of wisdom and advice as well as helping me pick up all the other bits I needed. Great company and very nice people.
