Warning: Confirmed scam, avoid this page and this person.

This individual advertises on various platforms, including Wallapop, as an “atelier” for bridal capes. In my case, I paid a deposit in September for a bridal cape and, since then, had been asking for updates via WhatsApp. All I received were excuses. They cancelled several appointments at the last minute and promised to send photos and videos of the product, which I never received.

Finally, we agreed on the delivery at the same atelier in Porto where I was initially received (Mariana Fonseca Atelier). I travelled from Barcelona to Porto after confirming the appointment multiple times, but the person never showed up and didn’t answer my calls. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Marcos Souza Alves, who supposedly runs “Camilo Atelier,” had already scammed other people in a similar way.

I have sent emails and messages requesting the refund of my deposit, as I never even saw the product. Although they promised to return the money, it has been almost two months, and I still have no response or refund.
