Terrible company I applied for a loan from them I was pre-approved up to 35,000 then I submitted my bank statements which they could look at then they wanted the last 3 months and then told me a rep would contact me 1-4 days with the terms. Only to turn around 4 days later and tell me I was declined

Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company, they just want your personal and financial information!! This was a total waste of time, please be careful. I applied online, soon after I submitted the application, I received a call from a rep, he asked me a lot of questions and then told me I was going to receive another call from another rep. The other rep did call me and asked me to send the last 4 months of my business account statements, so I did. A few days later, I received an email saying "Congratulations, you are approved". The rep called me to go through the loan terms, he told me the amount I was approved for (which was $30K), their fee amount (which was very high), how much was going to be my monthly payments, my APR, and the date when my first payment would start. I told him I needed to think about it because the interest was ridiculously high. He proceeds to send me an email resuming the conversation that we had with all the terms of the loan.
I decided to take the loan so I responded to his email. He told me I needed to link my bank account and send them my ID, SSN, EIN of my business, references, void check, they even asked me to remove a fraud alert on my credit profile which was odd because what relevance did that have in order for Camino to access my credit profile like any other lender, but I did it anyway.
As soon as they had everything they asked for, I received an email saying "unfortunately, we are unable to approve your loan at this time"
I was so confused because I was already approved. I texted the rep and asked him what the hell was going on, and his reply was that he didn't know, maybe something in my documents the underwriter didn't like. Like what?? I didn't smile enough on my DL?!?!?
This company said I was approved to begin with just to collect my personal and business information. Once they had all they wanted, they sent me the "we are unable to approve your loan at this time" email with no explanation at all!!
Thanks to them I'm putting a fraud alert again!

I got approved for a loan took out…
I got approved for a loan took out 18500 they took 1500 for processing that they never spoke to me about so I ended up with 17 grand and am paying 25 back with good credit . Check with other lenders.

Portal not working, very hard to access my info
When I took out a loan from CF they were very nice and pretty good with the customer service. Recently though, perhaps the last 3 months, their customer portal has not worked for me and I can't access simple info about my loan. When I used their chat feature it was very hard to get the representative to give me the simplest info about my loan. And be aware, 28.5% annual interest is extremely high. more than half of my monthly payments have been going toward interest. I am not sure if there is new ownership but something is definitely not working over there right now.
