I am deeply disappointed with the entire experience. The camper utilized YODEL, whose driver failed to deliver my parcel. INPOST staff, including someone named Adam, misled me with a false pick-up code, amounting to a scam. The camper has no contact number, rendering their service completely useless. I have wasted my time, money, and energy, and I regret not checking Trustpilot prior to making this purchase.

Over the years I have purchased a number of Camper shoes and boots. While I have had some issues (e.g. glue failing on sneakers, and one pair of shoes completely disintegrating) the fit has always been good. But not with my most recent purchase - Peu Pista Goretex boots. They are incredibly difficult to get on - the top opening is too narrow and has no "give". Even when using a shoe horn I struggle to get my foot all the way into the boot - a very poor design.
At Camper's request in response to my original post, I provided additional information about my order. Disappointingly there has been no follow-up from Camper.

Ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago and they were dispatched pretty quickly. A week after ordering still no sign of them and the tracking information said there was a delay with delivery and to contact the seller. I contacted Camper a week ago and have yet to have a response. I contacted the delivery company again today after not having an update on the tracking information for 5 days. Several hours later the information updated to say that my parcel was returned to sender and to contact them. Given I’ve not heard anything from Camper for a week the last time I contacted them. At this point I don’t even want the shoes, just my money back!

i was sent the wrong shoes, when i tried to use the website to return them i kept getting an error and was unable to send any communication to Camper. i tried to call both the US 1-800 line and the 1-877 numbers but the calls would not go through (the 1-800 line was discontinued, and the 1-877 line kept just hanging up or not connecting at all)

Camper's 'response' to my review demonstrates how inadequate their customer service actually is - asking me for my order number when the detail of my review contains enough detail for them to identify it if they actually intended to do so (4007253144).
They evidently don't have a functioning customer service dept or management!

I bought camper shoes for more than 15 years with great enthusiasm and love for your shoes. After a very similar experience last year (very obvious mistake in the manufacturing process and material quality), and the renunciation by the customer service online to replace the shoes, I took the shoes to the shop in Berlin, where they took my shoes back and returned the money. After this at least good experience in person with the service in the store, I decided to buy three more pairs of shoes and kept on recommending your brand to friends, who bought your shoes based on my recommendation.
But this year you really perfected your process in turning down every claim to avoid any responsibility for your flawed products. Is it greed? See what happened to companies who prioritize greed and profit over service and quality (Boeing is just one example). They loose the most important feature a company can have: trust in their products and services.
It is outrageous. Camper turned in my experience from a quality brand with good customer service to the most crappie company in every regard.
So sad. But the three pairs I bought at campers last year were the last ones ever.
I’ll have to share my opinion and experience to save my friends and colleagues from being tricked by your company, as well as my social media environment.

I paid for shoes in-store to be delivered as they didn't have stock. Camper's tablet wouldn't let me put in my unit number, just my street number. I added my unit number to the delivery instructions. Australia Post tracking showed it couldn't be delivered due to no unit number, and would be returned to sender. When I took this up with Australia Post, they said there were no delivery instructions on the label. I was notified by Aust Post that package had been delivered back to sender, while Camper notified me that the package had been delivered to me! I have repeatedly contacted Camper through online Contact explaining all this, that I have not received the package and they should have it. No response. Very frustrated and disappointed. I love my Camper shoes but will not go through this again.

Two different shoes in the box and both for the same foot.
Both seemed like they had been worn or tried on a lot.
Sending back (obviously) but annoyed at the hassle considering such an obvious mistake.
Will be interesting to see how long the refund costs. Annoyed at even having to take my time up returning to store or to post office.
I will not buy from again and frankly due to the hundreds of bad reviews and terrible overall rating am surprised they are even still in business.
Terrible - and all the replies on here saying they are sorry but nothing seems to have changed does it? Appalling conduct by a once well respected company.

I made 2 orders on 6 Aug (Wed) (Order Number 4007212637 & 4007213409, total 5 pairs of shoes) and received the shipping company’s tracking numbers on 7Aug. After I made the orders, I checked online and saw many bad reviews that made me shocked!! I used the tracking numbers to see the delivery status of my order on 12Aug and found that the shipping company received the data of the parcels on 7 Aug and haven't received the physical parcel yet. So, I contacted the customer care of Camper via their online form the same day. They prompt replied to me by email within half an hour and explained the shipping process to me clearly (some of their goods may have come from a warehouse in the EU, so it needs a few days to send to UK shipping co ) . On 14 Aug (Thur), I received all my parcels. I will definitely shop again! I appreciated their customer care service!
I wouldn’t give a one-star review if I had not suffered so much with my refund process. Shoes were ordered and arrived after some delay, but the real kick was returning them (there was a flaw on one of the shoes and they also didn’t look the way I was expecting, they were comfortable to try on). I followed the instructions, used the pre-paid label and sent the shoes back promptly. I waited to hear back. Weeks later I contact customer service and I receive an AI reply that I didn’t (?!?) even send the shoes. I was obviously concerned because to not have shoes or the money I paid for them is a lose-lose situation so I replied back to explain that is incorrect and attached proof of postage. I don’t hear back for 3 days. I then write another email to which I receive a reply that the package has been reported as lost, that I will receive a refund. I wait more. Nothing happens. I had to resort to commenting on their instagram, they told me to dm them. I did. 5 or so days later I got the refund. In total it took multiple attempts at communicating with them of my own accord, without any updates from their part, and almost an entire month to get a refund for shoes I had to return. I wouldn’t risk going through that again.

UPDATE - Camper got in touch really quickly to help, and offered free return and early refund. Actually very good customer service - turns out the parcel was halted at customs. [The problem seems to be with Yodel not camper. (They just left my big parcel on my doorstop with no note, and I had to call my neighbour to collect it on my behalf)]
ORIGINAL REVIEW - I put a large order in on 03/08/2025 which hasn't arrived. On camper website it says it has been sent, and then when I go to yodel it says they haven't recieved it from the sender. Yodel customer service is rubbish, automated phone line, and they just repeat the message that they haven't received from sender. With camper lab you can't call, so just sent email. Really worried about money - I'm more than happy to remove / update my review if things change ASAP!

I only got one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered. DHL of course says that since I signed it is my responsibility for not having checked.
Jesus, what an overall scam. 100 euros in the garbage.
DHL: JJD00026925001042406001
Camper: 4007185629
In case someone ever from customer service will care to check.

Went back to return a pair of shoes..was turned away saying their system is not allowing it and I need to get it touch with customer service and request them to unlock it blah blah.
Btw there is no customer service phone you can contact and also nobody answers the phone at their central London stores - so don't waste your time.
There is a what's app number though!Absolute abysmal customer support...there is no support in fact.
You are happy to pay the influenecers to promote your brand but you don't care about loyal customers!! It's a shame.
I will not be buying again and will make sure to spread the word amongst family and friends.
The staff at store...my experience was at Regents Street ...is clueless and unhelpful.
Staff comprises of "international students" who have no idea what good customer service is...its APPALLING. All they can do is smile and say yes sir no sir!! What a let down Camper!!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 4 weeks ago. Orders 4007114534 & 4007111499
Received email today advising courier has lost them. They aren’t sending a replacement and since I bought shoes in sale the same pairs will over £100 more to re-purchase.
Tried to call camper number that they contacted me on and they keep cutting me off. Spoke to at least 7 different people, all of whom just cut me off.
Loyal customer over the years but not any more.

I bought some sandals and after only a few wears, the heels seamed like it was getting unusual use. I went in store to see what was the issue and the employee told me it could happen sometimes. It happened to her before and the sandals were replaced. However since i bought them online, it was better to reach out to camper directly for a claim, which i did. They told me it was not a manufactural issue and it was because of over use. Mind you i wore them for a week and walked maybe 5000 steps a day ? They gave me a 20% reduction on a future pair of camper which is absolutely crazy to me that they could think i would buy again from them after having such shitty quality shoes. I wrote to them explaning it to them and never got an answer. I've filed another claim and yet, no response. Camper quality sucks and so does their customer service. I dont recommend buying from them. Trust me.

I agree with those who want to give us zero rating I would like to do so too. I order a pair of twins shoes from campers what they have done it. They gave me a completely different pair of shoes, which is not what I order then I try to initiate the return process guess what there was no return options to tell camper that they gave me the wrong pair of shoes. I am still waiting for how to return the shoes This is crazy. I will never purchase anything from camper anymore.

Ordered some trainers 20th July 2025 - I have never received them, I have chased customer services via online form. Camper have stated they were passed to the courier! However courier hasn’t received them. No recent response from Camper.

I love Camper shoes but I live in Jersey so I can’t get them delivered. We have family in Ireland so I ordered some shoes to be delivered there when we were there visiting. They didn’t arrive before we left so I had to get the family to post them to Jersey. My previous 3 pairs of Campers have been size 44 but for some reason these were too small. It was not possible to try them for size within 30 days unfortunately as I had not received them in time. It’s extremely disappointing that I can’t exchange these shoes because of your 30 day policy. It doesn’t seem to fit with your environmental ethos. Plus I can’t really afford to spend over £100 on shoes that don’t fit. No response since 04/05/25. Please help!

I placed an order for some sandals on the 19/ 7 after waiting over a weeks for these items I contacted Camper who informed me these were stuck in customs. The following week I chained this up again with Camper with no response. In desperation i contacted the courier who has informed me these are lost and I should contact Camper and has no response. Terrible customer service and I am owed money

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Camper. I placed and paid for an order through their official site, only to find out later that it had been canceled—without any notice, email, or explanation.
To make matters worse, I have not received a refund, and there has been no communication from their customer service regarding the cancellation or reimbursement timeline.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a well-known brand. I trusted Camper with my purchase, but this experience has made me question that trust entirely.
I’m now left wondering how long I need to wait or what steps I have to take just to get my money back. I hope this review helps others proceed with caution.
