It’s been 12 days since placing my order and there is yet to be any update on the tracking services, it’s has been showing as waiting to receive package for 11 days, and the estimated delivery is 3-7 days. I’ve reached out to customer service and got nothing but an AI response just repeating the delivery times on the website, no actual information about my order.

Bought shoes for a gift and box came with delivery label attached and bashed so no longer able to give, also soles of shoes were dirty, £100 spend and no quality control or care given in the packaging process, emailed customer service but looking at other reviews i will hold my breath order number as requested 4007012979 don't feel comfortable sharing my email publicly

The shoes arrived with defect.
Had to contact customer service, send image of defect, wait for their “quality department” to confirm if the defect is valid. Which it is.
Told I could either send back for full refund or accept defect and received 30% discount on the next purchase at full price. I asked if they can send a replacement and pick up the defect pair. They said no.
I wanted that pair but do not have the money to buy another until the refund comes through. By then the offer and size will no longer be available.
Review is to highlight the poor quality of shoes with defect… and the hard stance taken by camper customer service… No compensation offered whatsoever.
Was send a label, which I had to print two copies of…one in the box and one affixed on the outside. Take the shoes to the post office for return.
Took it to the post office and was told the labels needs to be fully taped all over not just on the sides. They are not liable if the label falls off. So I had to buy a roll of tape at £2.99, to “fully” tape the entire label.
Just my bad luck really!

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Camper. I placed an order on June 10th (Order number 4006911734) and paid immediately. For over a week, there was absolutely no update or communication about the status of my order.
After I reached out to customer service—and only after sending multiple follow-up emails from my side—I was eventually told that my order had been cancelled due to "technical reasons."
Even more frustrating, 17 days have now passed and I still haven’t received my refund, despite repeatedly asking for it.
To make matters worse, the product I ordered has been showing as "available" on Camper’s website every single day since I placed the order, including today. When I questioned this, the only explanation I was given—again after several emails—was a vague excuse about "stock fluctuations during sales periods", which clearly doesn’t explain why the product continues to appear in stock for over two weeks now.
This whole experience has shown a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and extremely misleading online stock management.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order on Camper’s website.

AWFUL customer support. I bought a pair of sandals a size smaller than usual and they turned out even larger than my normal size. I tried to start the return process but an error appears as the site doesn't let me fill some of the details. I contacted support and they do not help at all.

I just ordered a pair of shoes directly from Camper. Their website is riddled with malfunctions; after placing the order using Amazon pay, I was auto returned back to a message on the Camper site informing me the item was still in my basket, that is, the order failed to complete. So, I completed the purchase transaction a second time. Yes, you’re already ahead of me, I get returned to the site again, post second purchase, to the same message again, by which time I’d also received two separate order confirmations confirming two purchases of the same shoe. Within minutes I’d filled out an order cancellation request on the Camper site form, explaining their site error, yet, they failed to cancel the ‘second’ order, so I have two pairs of the same shoes winging their way to me, and the inconvenience of sorting out returns, which includes a dent in their ‘green’ credentials. Do not be guided by inaccurate website messages relating to transactions, wait to see if your order is confirmed, assuming you wish to order anything given their current review status.

Bought a pair of Burgundy Junction shoes and they sent a used navy blue pair. I am travelling next week and so much to handle but now have the added responsibility of finding where to drop these after work because they won't send someone to pick the shoes up. Woeful service.

After several enquiries to find a repair solution for 3 pairs of Camper Together shoes, all of which presented the same problem, I can confidently say that Customer Service has been appalling. Minimal engagement with the actual issue presented to them and treating clients’ enquiries about real issues they deal with with your products merely as ’tickets’, 'order numbers’ and ‘guarantee’ dates, always hiding behind an impersonal and anonymous “Camper Customer Service” signature. Your contempt for your clients is immeasurable and shameful.

I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped with Camper! Basically Yodel says they delivered my shoes which they did but not to my address. Now I have to complete a form which is a PDF which I can’t access to edit as I don’t know how, I asked for help but get the same message back to complete the form- pointless asking for help! Someone called John called (wouldn’t actually give me his job title as he didn’t want to divulge personal details????) called and told me if I refused to complete this form then there’s nothing for them to do. I said I had problems in filling it in but had never refused to do so. No apology on his part either for the non delivery or the difficulties I am having. Dreadful dreadful customer service.

After accusing me of ‘refusing’ to complete this form when all I said was that was having problems he now cannot be bothered to reply SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Such an arrogant attitude with customers, I love Camper shoes but their customer support is the WORST.

This is my 3rd review for the same case as an update and will be the last review for Camper.
I want people to know when Camper replies the review here does not mean they are really doing anything about it.
They replied on my last review saying they have emailed me about the resolution of the case, and that is completely untrue. I did not receive any resolution email and so I have contacted them via their website regarding to this and they replied me with an exact copy and paste email just like before.
This is such a disappointing CS attitude and waste of time to even compliant to them.

My order numbered 4006637869 on February 21st has still not been delivered. In my phone calls with customer service, they say that all orders on the date I specified have been delivered but my order has not yet been delivered to the cargo company.
I do not understand how a brand like Camper, which has a reputation for quality and service in the world, still cannot deliver a shoe.
I shopped internationally from Amazon, I did not have any problems with the purchases I made from the shopping pages in China. Moreover, the cargo company you work with is an international company, how come they are so inexperienced, etc. are used to discredit brand names.
Believe me, I do not plan to shop from your page again.
I am told that you can return the shoes every time, but will I be able to buy them at the price I bought them? Or when will they arrive if I try to buy them? I REQUEST A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

I wish I had checked here before purchasing. I purchased a pair of shoes in store under the assumption they would be comfortable. I worked with the employee in store to make sure they were a good fit. Then when I went to wear them at my event, very quickly I had significant blisters on both feet, to the point that I quickly had to change out of them. It is within the 30 days and they are hardly worn, and the company is refusing to return them. So disappointed in this from a company that claims to put "total customer satisfaction" as their utmost priority.

Do not buy from this Company. They sell bad quality shoes at a high price. I bought Camper Drift Trail Vibram shoes at 108euros. The quality of this shoes is very very bad. Customer Service did not help me at all.
Other brands offer much better shoes for less money. I am very disappointed.

It is not normal that shoes in this price range are broken in 1 year and can no longer be worn. I also buy other brands in this price range and can easily wear them for 3 years without worries. Even cheaper shoes like Skechers do much better.

What a scammy company. Do not buy from their online store! I ordered from the New Zealand website and the shoes didn’t fit so wanted to return..: only to realise I have to ship the shoes to … SPAIN!! This is literally the other side of the world. This information about return shipping is nowhere on their website and their customer services reps are painfully not helpful.

I received my Drift trail VIBRAM trainers a few days ago. They are so comfortable & look so good, however, I noticed from the first time of wearing the trainers for an hour that the foam had creased. I feel this should not be happening so early on. I contacted customer care and was sent this.

I purchased an item on February 22nd and returned it to the Kentpark Ankara, Turkey store on March 1st. However, I still have not received my refund. I have been regularly contacting customer service in Turkey, but the issue remains unresolved.
They are using an account number mismatch as an excuse, but this is not possible since the payment was originally made from the same account. I am repeatedly told that the matter will be forwarded to the accounting department, yet no progress has been made.
The amount in question is approximately 24,000 TRY. Given the time that has passed since the expected refund date, the value of my money has significantly decreased. I contacted Camper through their Instagram account 4 days ago. They said they would look into the issue, but I still haven't received any response. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.

I purchased a pair of Camper Twins sneakers some months ago. The tip of the sole at the toe extends out more than normal, and it “catches” sometimes and I’ve almost tripped. Yesterday I did trip-smashing to the pavement, scraping my elbow, knees, and hand, and tearing a few holes in the elbow of my rain jacket. The design of these shoes is a hazard, and I won’t be wearing them again (although they are comfortable).
