I'm on my 3rd attempt at renewing an…
I'm on my 3rd attempt at renewing an account. The previous 2 were removed for no reason. I've just paid for my third, using a new name, etc, so it might actually work. It did, for a week. I even received a thank you for my membership.
Then . . it wouldn't work & was asked to pay for a years Pro+.... again.
This seems to be a repetitive problem that CamperContact either cannot fix or just simply doesn't give a damn. They get your money then nothing but asking for another year's payment. Fraud or an error?

For me they are too expensive A site I have used for years has nearly trebled since last year when Camper contact took over having had to pay for water at one site was another shock. Will never use again. I expect the money I have on my card will go to some rich shareholders

The rise of motorhome use during and after COVID was extraordinary but the apps were more and more enlightening due to the involvement of it's users and the apps progressed. This is a great app and easily accessed, not expensive and used by us each time we are preparing a journey and during the journey.

The new app is excellent. It is intuitive and works well.
Camping-Car Parks recently updated their app and it much less user-friendly compared to the CamperContact app.
