I really recommend CamperDays
I really recommend CamperDays. The booking process was efficient, and support throughout the booking was perfect.
On top of that, when we had issues with the renting company at the end, they fixed everything in less than a week.
I would definitely repeat !

Poor Cutomer Experience
Unfortunately the only payment method is credit card which is in 2020 not any more the latest state of art. A request to be able to pay with a different payment method remained unreplied and I needed to get back to my bank to increase the limit of my card. Which took a while with the result that the camper I wanted to book wasn't available any more.

CamperDays have been so helpful in sorting out motorhome in Canada and liaising with the hire company to defer till next year. Their customer service is exceptional and the brookership offers a very good way of searching across multiple hire companies.

Overpriced, no flexibility.
Our booking was overpriced with no flexibility. Should have booked directly through the campervan service in NZ. Deeply regret using this service. Never again.

Great experience
Had a great experience. Booked the camper for a Dublin > Berlin trip, and had their complete assistance, even in changing dates.
Also, I bought the extra insurance with them (provided by Allianz). I had an issue with the Camper (I crashed while doing reverse) and Allianz paid everything back in full (it took a while, 3 months, but still - I got the money back!)
