Service with a smile, and they always have a good choice of camping and trailer accessories.

Although they couldn't provide a solution for our trailer tent problem (the product we needed was too pricey) I was blown away by the customer service here, really friendly, seemed like nothing was too much trouble for them.

Rang Camperlands and spoke to Daniel. Explained what I needed and he was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a Fiamma infil and he ensured that I bought the correct part. I would have bought the wrong one if I hadn't spoken to him. Goods arrived 3 days later - exactly what I wanted. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

After waiting for three weeks for this product from another company, I decided to contact Camperlands and spoke to Daniel, he said there was stock available and could supply. Well today three days after ordering I have received the item. Excellent service I will deal with this company again.

We placed multiple orders with Camperlands during a several week period. We have never experienced such amazing standards of customer service. Anyone we contacted was incredibly helpful and informative. Camperlands truly understand the meaning of 'going the extra mile'. On the only occasion that an incorrect item was delivered, we phoned them and they not only arranged for the wrong item to be collected, but the thing we ordered turned up the next day!! I cannot find enough complimentary things to say about these people. They are Top Dollar.

Having owned a a Fiamma awning for over 12 years together with a privacy room we decided to purchase both new awning and privacy room. Having only used the awning four times it has shown a constant problem in that the side panels fall down on both sides. Earlier this year it was agreed to return the privacy room. We were originally told that there was something missing which caused the problem. It is now months since it was returned obviously we have had lockdown in between but it does not account for the length of time taken to resolve this issue. The company have erected it in there workshop and expected the awning to display the issue. Totally unrealistic. These awnings are meant to for out side use .We are Caravanners of motorhomes users of over 40 years and yet we are being treated as novices. We have never had a problem with any caravan awning or motorhome awning previously yet the Director wants to blame the customer and really doesnt want to deal with the issue. The door also has a problem zip which again although agreeing to replace it he thinks it is the customers fault. This type of customer service is both poor and unacceptable, we are all suffering in business at this time but they should always remember your loyal customers as they are the ones that keep you in business during the bad times. Why they think we need this hassle because he is basically saying we are not telling him the truth. I leave it to him to think about his actions and whether it is worth looking after his customers and look at the amount of money we have spent over the last few years.

Great service, i bought a tent trailer and they spent 2 hours showing me how to put it up and down again, i also bought something I did not need and they immediately accepted refund, no humming and hawing they took it back with a smile. thanks to Morgan in particular for doing such a detailed explanation of how it works, and for having such enthusiasm considering he must have done it 1000 times already!

Ordered a £300 canopy for next day delivery. Now 11 days on and still waiting. Emails rarely replied to, excuse after excuse. Terrible customer service! Avoid this company.
