Wrong Size Sent Out
Nice people to deal with, however I asked for the parcel not to be sent by recorded delivery and it was, when it came it was the wrong size and when I retuned the item I had to chase them up to get the postage back.

Sent my 72p order by recorded delivery
All I wanted was some accessory cord and they provided free postage on all orders. I expected an envelope with a second class stamp. The postman assured me they spent more on the postage than the item was worth. I would imagine that if they put this much effort into looking after their other customers' orders, they are a very good company indeed.

Quick, easy, excellent service. Just what I was looking for, can't fault anything at all A+++
Phoned up the shop, confirmed product and delivery, next day came well packaged. Perfect, easy transaction with no hassle and product was spot on. Definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The only comment that I have is that I did not receive a confirmation email to let me know (personally) that I had apid for the goods and when to expect them.
