When watching the video it looked quite impressive quite large and it looked like it could be glass and it looked brilliant so I thought I would buy one at 31.99 and I get this little plastic container with the solar panel on the top and then and even the plastic is not clear and we get a sort of a small flame that comes up during the night it just is not worth 31 pounds 99p I was so disappointed when I got that well be honest with you it's not worth buying and nest there about like five pounds of peace

Moldy badly put up leaky smelly badly maintained. All air beds flat within hours - not just us but everyone you speak to. And small. Just awful.

I paid for a very expensive bell tent rental (~€250/day) which was well setup but the additional items I rented at additional cost were very poor.

No signage to indicate where to collect air mattress, sleeping bags etc.

This equipment was all pretty filthy, caked in dirt and mud.

Air mattress was very under inflated and they had no pump. Was told they would go get one and return but they never did.

Was advised by others using pre pitched tents that they hadn’t been cleaned out and were full of spiders.

You’d be much better off investing money in your own kit at the prices they charge for dirty equipment and very poor service overall.

Stayed with these guys during Glastonbury 2016 - it saved me a whole heap of hassle, didn't need to rush to get there and the staff were super friendly - hope to see you in 2019!
