Roberta was amazing. I was only for two days in Reading and she helped me quickly (find room, visit...). I also had to modify several times the booking and she kindly did it. And last but not less, Roberta helped me in Spanish!! Really useful to understand important points.

Natasha has been really responsive, patient, and efficient in helping me find and book my accommodation. Because of the time difference, she even took the effort to reply to me late into the night. Truly appreciate it.

There has been quite some communication back and forth between us because some of the information on the Website about the place I'm interested is not quite correct (e.g., the room size was specified as 24 sq. m. but it turns out to be just 17 sq. m). So, I had to double-confirm many details with Natasha. While the booking process itself was not perfectly smooth, I'm glad to have Natasha there to guide me through it.

Roberta has followed me and my friend step by step during the booking procedure and she has been very kind. She has been efficient, fast and available to answer our questions. Thank you! :)

I honestly couldn’t fault them at all. We didn’t get our initial studio in time as they sold out and Natasha helped us find another very close by and with a similar rate. She was constantly giving us help and advice and made the whole process from start to finish so much easier.
