Don't use this shop

Don't use this shop! Sold me camping cooking gear, after round about 4 years I got an email that the gear is toxic and can send it back. Got a mail that they got the returned item. Took me month, 3 phonecalls and several mails to get my money back. They even removed the hotline number, so you can not call them anymore!
There are a lot of better shios to purchase outdiir equipment!

read the reviews THEY SCAM

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing THEY SCAM.
I ordered a pair of shoes with the option they give on the website to be sent to a packet station. Not only they did not send to the station but they tried to send it to my address which was the billing address and it is the correct address. The shoes got send back for whatever reason. Then Campz is tried to gaslight me that I wrote the address wrong which is not the case at all. I send them proof that the address was not wrong and they made the mistake not me. I never heard back from them again.

I paid 280€ for a GoreTexPro HardShell

I paid 280€ for a GoreTexPro HardShell. After one rain shower I became totally wet. After 10 months of "lost ways of who's responsible to replace that jacket" the official Black-Diamond repair services for GoreTexPro wrote me: "This jacke cannot be repaired, it's totally damages." Note: I weared it once!
To sum it up: I paid 280€, Campz sent me an totally damaged jacket (which you cannot see with your eyes) and let me and my group go hiking in the higher alpine regions.

Don't use this shop

Product wasn't send, Mail wasn't answered, no other Info. After two weeks of waiting and an infinite time in the service queue, the order was canceled and money was refund (that was the only quick part).
Can not recommend.

They kept MY MONEY w/o sending the product

Even after half a year campz still stated on their website thst they had sent out the article I had paid for and sent to a friend as a surprise gift.
After months I eventually found out this was a straight-out lie!
They had knowingly kept my money all the time and only reimbursed me after I pointed that out to them.
I am still waiting for the apology from them that I have asked for, too.
Very SHADY business practices! Hands off!! Better buy elsewhere.

Campz.de AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Product arrived missing the charger, meaning the product cannot be used. Have spent the last 3 weeks since it arrived trying to get in touch with customer service, and get the missing home charger sent. NOTHING. The most unhelpful site ever. Am now trying to get a full refund as i will go elsewhere to spend my money in future. Was hoping to use the product for the rest of the summer camping. Not possible now.

Terrible

Terrible, deaf, robotic customer support. Won’t take any responsibility after profuct leaves their warehouse. Expect to go in person to pick up failed courier deliveries. Buy local, this store sucks!

Never again

Bought a pair of Ecco Goretex shoes, where the heel caps fell apart after 5 months use. I complained to both Ecco and Campz about this. Ecco does not care. Campz does not care. They keep asking for pictures of the shoes, but when they get the pictures nothing happens. After another couple of months the goretex membrane did not work anymore. Same story: Campz kept asking for pictures, Nothing happened. I am not going to buy Ecco shoes anymore since quality is obviously not an issue for them anymore. I am not going to buy anything whatsoever from Campz again since they obviously don't care about customers at all.

Never buy from this store!!

Never buy from this store!!! They generate fake tracking number so you think its being sent. Customer service usually takes days to reply. All they can say is that the item was sent please wait. I waited 5 WEEKS and after endless emails they said sorry we didn't send it we will return the money. Simply they dont have their own stock - they are outsourcing everything somewhere and play stupid wait game at all cost. No matter how cheap the item is dont buy from Campz and save yourself the hustle and frustration.

almost 3 weeks since I sent back an item I ordered.. didn't get my money back.. they won't reply to my emails, automatic email reply say they will reply in 2 weeks (!) unbelievable.. be careful.. probably a scam
