Bought an avalon nano in January once it was finally back in stock in the US, I sent my non refundable payment and suddenly it is out of stock. I will HAPPILY change this to 4 or 5 stars if I get some resolution, but I feel my money was stolen- I was told its now out of stock for the US again, and I should get one sometime in February.... no other specifics, I asked for a refund and silence.

i initially gave them a low score for bad communication. I stick to it. However the Q machine design wise is flawless though it faces some fan issues. They dispatched a replacement fan and now i am ok with machine. I strongly believe they need better communication in customer support tho.

Absolutely do not care if a miner fails under warranty. I had a USC port melt on an Avalon Nano 3 and almost caught fire.

I’m now 4 months waiting for a replacement to be sent under warranty. They just fob you off with some useless WhatsApp chat.

The build quality is poor and the aftercare is appalling. They should be reported for unsafe products.

Avoid this company and their products.

Ich habe 6 Miner am 28.07.25 bestellt und bezahlt - am 30.07.25 wurden diese verschickt und am 04.08.25 kamen diese mit FedEx an.

Es wird ausdrücklich empfohlen mit Bitcoin zu bezahlen. Ich weiß nicht, ob die anderen Käufer / Bewerter hier noch in 2006 leben, aber eine Auslandsüberweisung außerhalb des SEPA-Raumes zu tätigen ist einfach - sorry - dumm.

Nach der Bezahlung über deren Shop mit dem QR-Code wurde diese nach ca. 10min bestätigt.

Ich kann daher die anderen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen und gehe eher von einem layer-8-problem aus - "Mensch als Fehlerquelle"

I ordered and paid for 6 miners on July 28, 2025. They were shipped on July 30, 2025, and arrived via FedEx on August 4, 2025.

It is strongly recommended to pay with Bitcoin. I don't know if the other buyers/reviewers here are still living in 2006, but making an international transfer outside the SEPA zone is simply – sorry – stupid.

After paying via their shop with the QR code, the payment was confirmed after about 10 minutes.

I therefore cannot understand the other reviews at all and assume that there is a layer-8 problem – “humans as a source of error”.

I bought a Avalon Nano 3 and it broke within 10 months.

It is within the warranty period but I DID NOT GET warranty or whatever.

I contacted the Canaan customer support but they failed to help me. They just stopped replying on my e-mails.

Do not buy this stuff, it gets broken quickly and customer support doesn't help you.

You buy a product there, but PayPal doesn't work. I was left with the bank transfer. Nothing has happened for a month, no matter what I write, I get evasive replies.
I wanted to cancel the purchase, but there was no response.

Engineer said it’s under 55 decibel so it’s fine .. very bad service they do everything to don’t pay shipping and don’t want to do the warranty! Even als for send me a new fan I’ll put it in myself I don’t care I loose warranty .. but nope!

i made Order Number 25040918342117001by thier website and paid full with shipping cost for 1 miner on april 9 , the miner was in spot mark as ready to ship ..till today nothing happened and support said they are lack in the stock of warehouse ...AFTER MANY WEEKS OF DISCUSION THEY ADVICE ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND RE ORDER!!
DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
