At Canada Direct, our experts will handle all of your immigration needs through and through. With our unique approach, our team of RCIC’s will provide you with personalized assistance, consulting, and advising when it comes to all temporary and permanent resident applications. With each and every client, we always strive to represent your best interests in every case. When it comes to our clients, we always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. At the end of the day, we’re looking to make Canadian immigration more accessible, more affordable, and less strenuous. Each and every day, we work to not only meet the expectations of our clients, but to exceed them. Due to the nature of the beast, far too often clients seeking immigration into Canada rarely have any contact whatsoever with their Canadian immigration lawyers throughout the application process, either because the countries in which these clients reside permit contact, or because these lawyers may be located in a different city than the particular city the client is looking to move to. Coupled with the fact that correspondence is conducted via the mail service for immigration into Canada, this process has become extremely disconnected – especially between clients and the lawyers who are supposed to be representing them and their best interests. Here at Canada Direct, we’re looking to change that. Each and every day, we strive to offer a more personalized solution towards immigration.

Its a scam
Its a scam, they ask you for your credit card info over the phone, I asked for a refund the next our and they didnt respond.
It's a scam. Really. Don't do it. Contact the your local canadian embassy and ask for references.
It's a scam. The positive reviews I read were all obviously fake. Aside from that yep, they're a scam. Was contacted by them after I filled up a form. They're a scam. The best thing would be to contact your local Canadian embassy and ask for references. Also look in facebook for local groups that can give you honest feedback with regards to available, LEGIT, agencies.
I'll bet their reply will be
"We have checked our ---- and we have never contacted you ----" ahahahhahah If you read all the negative reviews they have almost the same reply in HORRIBLE english. ( Quite suspicious ) Their payment portal --- It doesn't go to a canadian bank! -_-
Really, do you need more evidence?
Obvious scam
I haven't made use of their services but truth be told I don't need to either; just looking up information on it gives away conflicting entries so it automatically undermines any so-called credibility or a chance this website or organization has theoretically.
Luxyin Bumble Bee earrings
I had been seeing the Instagram and for months and finaly decided to risk a purchase. I bought the Bumble Bee earrings from luxyin and they are exactly as depicted, arrived in about 3 weeks and I'm very pleased with them. Despite the negative reviews I saw I would definitely recommend them and would purchase from them again.
BEWARE THIS IS COMPANY IS A SCAM
BEWARE THIS IS COMPANY IS A SCAM
Regarding your kind answer, let me clarify:
1. I did not receive any product as you state
2. One of your so called "representatives" gave me a price "required to continue the process” and ohhh surprise, your company wanted me to pay 3 times that amount with the excuse of….”you probably misunderstood him..”
3. I am not qualifying you based on your accent but on your lack of intelligence. You are clearly not Canadian born and anyone can tell by the way you speak, yet you insist on using Canadian names, I believe with the purpose of creating confidence in your customers. Use your real names and problem solved.
4. By the way, you confirm on your answer that your representatives are not Canadian born…I suggest you make up your mind on the matter.
All the above just leads me to think YOU ARE A SCAM

I don't know if its a scam or not but…
I don't know if its a scam or not but for me all the positive reviews placed on this web page about Canada Direct looks fake they all talk detail process of the application and how good Canada Direct job is, also all the negative reviews answers from Canada Direct blame the customer always saying "you" and always revealing personal information of the customer's payment.
for the secure link they sent me its on Pay.me site witch is not hosted on Canada witch is weird because the payment is not going to a Canadian Bank also Pay.me can easily transfer the money you send to Canada Direct to another country and its hard to get money back because they sell you the 400$ USD assets as if it was software and also their website canada-direct.com is not hosted on Canada, its hosted on Scottsdale Arizona US.
Also you can check out this link where you can find more information about how to know if Canada Direct is a Scam or not and as you will find out they fail in some points

How can I tell if an immigration website is a scam?
There are many commercial or private websites that offer immigration or citizenship services. Some promote legitimate representatives’ services that you will need to pay for. Others will offer false guarantees to take your money or steal your private information.
A website might be a fake or a scam if:
you are asked to pay to access application forms and guides. IRCC only charges fees to process your application.
Forms and guides are free on the IRCC website.
the website offers special, too good to be true immigration deals, or guarantees entry into Canada, high-paying jobs or faster processing of your application.
it looks like an official Government of Canada site but it is only in one language and does not have the Canada.ca URL or a URL that ends with “.gc.ca.”
you must provide personal information, financial information or make a deposit before you even start the application process.
there is no padlock in the browser window or https:// at the beginning of the web address to show it is a secure site. Even if the site appears secure, be cautious.
https:// at the beginning of a web addressA padlock in a browser window
the website was advertised in an email from a stranger that you did not ask for.
you cannot reach anyone listed in the website’s contact information, or the website has no contact information.
the company’s or representative’s credentials cannot be found on the site. Paid representatives have to be authorized.
This means they are a member in good standing of the designated body for their group.
To avoid website scams:
Do a Web search to see if anyone has reported any problems with that site.
Contact the website owner by telephone or email before you do anything.
Make sure your browser is up to date.
Browser filters can help detect fake websites.
Beware of websites advertised in emails from strangers that you did not ask for.
Do not give out personal information unless you are sure the site is secure and you know whom you are dealing with.
Read disclaimers, notices, and terms and conditions before you do anything.
If you choose to pay for a service, understand what you will receive for your money before you accept or sign anything.
as I told you before I see to many inconsistencies on their services BE WARE.
feel free to check all this information in whois.com before you spend 400$ USD

Using misleading information
I responded to one of their questionaries and the day after, they call me and using misleading information they convince me for an Assesment that I paid 399dlls for and when they sent me the "assesment", the information was incorrect. I have been contacting them via email asking for a refound and they are just excusing themselves blaming it on me.
I highly recommend to not trust them at all
Also, they are rude - When I was asking about the legitimacy of their call they responded back in a pushy manner and they basically told me "how would this not be legit, if I already waisted 40min here"

I gave my credit card information on…
I gave my credit card information on the phone to pay for the initial fee for consultation and on my second call, I get informed that the fees will be 5.000 USD. A payment I did not authorize YET. Still CANADA DIRECT tried 8 times to charge the money and finally, I was Charged with 1.500 UDS. My consultant Adam and Customer service SAID that they do not save our card details but that is obviously a lie. BE CAREFUL1

Sale Call Center
I was curious about the agency and of course tempted on Canada. I don't think is a "scam" in the sense they are just taking your money and leaving you behind. but make no mistake, they are focused on taking that money. That is OK is a company none the less that needs income but further than an agency looks more like a sales call center. Like an impulse buy.
They contacted me after replying to one of their social media posts. Send me emails and indeed called. Explained the process and asked me to proceed to the assessment and process and payup. Is was not a decision i was ready to make ($400 USD immediately) so i asked for a moment tried to wrap my mind around it and understand it and they hung up. Tried to called them back but didn't hear from them. Leave them a message to call me back.
They did the next day and asked them to explain further and see if they could call and explain to my partner, Said they CAN NOT call me back i heard everything and it was recorded so if i was not willing to pay they would not explain or talk and proceed to inmediatly hungup on me again.
So be aware that you need yo payup front. If they treat you like that before you even pay imagine if they all ready have your money. Be wise and try to research a bit more.
In response to Canada Direct.
It’s understandable to search for your customer and double check the story. So readers, do understand that they went through my call, listened and decided this was my fault. My bad experience is subject to my bad behavior. All I said was that my experience was bad because they hung up, because they refuse to answer more questions or talk to my wife, because they where RUDE and that i found it to be a sale process more than a Inmigration help you process.
Note that in every response (for every bad review) is always “you”...you contacted.. you where the one...you did this and you did that.. -we- are not responsible. We didn’t force you to pay, etc. Ups we charged you 4000 USD instead of 400 or 40 but we never tried it just so happens....
Never i said Canada Direct forced me. And they even use “Like i said” so please be more thorough in your reading.
So let me clarify again, not to Canada Direct, but to you reader searching for a suggestion.
Canada Direct might be able to help you or might not, I didn’t go through the process, this is totally up to you.
They never said sorry, or try to improve. Not in my response or in anyone else.
This is not a review for the product itself. But a review for the service which is terrible, and reading that reply just confirms it. So if you don’t mind rude agents and passive aggressive reply’s then this might be a good fit for you. I suggest reading other clients reviews since they did pay up and had a bad experience. So.. take it as it is.
And CD best wishes as well.

Absolute scam website
Absolute scam website. Took 400 Canadian dollars for 'assessment.' Then proceeded to charge my credit card 4000 USD without asking my permission. I asked for a refund of the 4000 USD and the representative said it would take a couple of business days, only to find out about 5 days later that the money is non refundable and they already put the paperwork in order. The representative then blamed me for not telling her in time to stop the process, yet she was told, literally minutes of charging my account without permission, that I want a refund immediately. I was informed that the call was being recorded, yet when requesting the recording, Canada Direct support has ignored the email and refused to send me the recording. I went to my bank to cancel the transaction and I had to cancel my entire credit card in order to not be robbed of the 4000 USD. The transaction did not even place in Canada, but in Israel. I have all the documentation to prove this for anyone reading reviews. None of Canada Direct's RCIC's seem legitimate and you cannot get in contact with the person to ask.
Don't be fooled into using this immigration service as it is scam to rob innocent people trying to make a better life for themselves.

Hi
I couldn't find your company or any of your agents in canada official web.

It's weird to ask for payment without more details about the process.
Could you share your RCICs number?

Great service
I am still in process of applying for a visa. Through all this, Canada Direct has been extremely professional and very patient when it comes to explaining things. The support staff is always kind and helpful. The only negative feedback is that at the beginning of the process the total cost of it was not entirely clear. For the rest, the work they are doing is great! Thank you Canada Direct for your excellent service.

Be careful, it can be a scam
They called me twice. First, they wanted to know if I could qualify for an immigration program. Then, they were supposed to send me their info by email in order to have a second call. When I asked the agent to send me their legal certificates, she immediately stopped the call supposedly to send me the requested documents, but she never called back. That was too suspicious for me

I applied to get knowledge for the VISA
I applied to get knowledge for the first steps on how to apply for the Visa. They made an assessment for me which is originally costs 49 USD on their website. However, they asked my debit card information and I made a mistake with giving my debit card information to them. They charged me 400 USD. I asked them to refund the amount and to charge just 49 USD. However, they refunded just 199 USD. Do not believe to this company, as they are scammers and they do not follow Canadian Consumer Protection Law.
