I will avoid completely in the future
You always find out how good a company is when you experience their after sales service. I had purchased items from this electrical retailer before but this was the first time I needed to return some faulty led light bulbs which stopped working a few days after purchase. The company offered to replace them but as per my consumer right I requested a refund. They refused to refund and when I returned to the shop with a print out of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they not only still refused the refund and even though I was prepared to reluctantly accept a replacment to end the dispute, they then refused even to replace them. Though I had been polite, they started to act threateningly saying they would "throw me out of the shop".
The result is I will never shop here again and cannot recommend them at all.
