DO NOT USE THESE GUYS worst medical company ever. Impossible to even contact anyone that works there (if anyone even does) no contact when my scripts expired. Forced a shorted script time even tho I'd been on the same ones for years. Wait times for appointments say up to a month and last time was longer then expected wait times. Useless place full of useless people.

OK - I must admit Candor is trying 11/10/25 : ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH PROVIDER!!!

OK - I MUST ADMIT CANDOR IS TRYING - update on Saturday 11/10/25 - since my previous "bad" review :

I am happy to confirm that Candor (Nurses and Support functions respectively) have in the past week GENUINELY tried to assist to sort out my frustrations with their site, their response times and doctor availability etc. Unfortunately it is also relevant to apportion some blame to CDA Clinics for their abrupt "capitulation" and hand-over of their medicinal cannabis prescribing business to Candor. They too have dropped the ball, and my experience (as well as those of all the other reviewers recording their disgust and frustration with Candor) is evidence of their apparently cavalier attitude to their clientele. So "boo" to CDA, and a pat on the back to Candor. I hope my problems are now resolved - finally.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH PROVIDER!!!

I wish I had seen the negative reviews before I got sucked into Candor. Poor response times (4 weeks!?) from initial contact, etc etc. Read all the “bad” opinions others have posted - they’re absolutely credible.

Candor is INCREDIBLY pathetic.

At the start I loved this company

At the start I loved this company. Throughout my teenage years I suffered severe eating disorders, namely anorexia and bulimia. Cannabis literally saved my life. Being able to obtain my much needed medicine in such a straightforward manner was revolutionary…
Until it wasn’t, booking an appointment literally took months due to the ridiculous slow responses and constant bot communication. Even with a booked appointment often I would never get a call or at best get a call an hour earlier or and hour later, very annoying especially when we all have a work/life schedule to work around. If you complain the nurses will insist that you were called multiple times. I am now restricted from products over 25%thc and forced to purchase a cbd prescription. Clearly a cash grab and nothing more. If you truely cared about your patients wellbeing you would follow through with appointments and communicate with them in a timely manner. I can’t get a cannabis flower I’ve been using for close too 2 years because it’s 1% more thc. It’s also significantly cheaper than any of the alternatives they are offering. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I am sorry to the people I have in the past.

They are about money, patients!

They were ok for a short time but merged with another company without thinking about how they could deal with the extra patients. I was told there are at least four-week waits, whereas others can see you the same day. I have noticed even longer waits than that. They are not worth it if you want good care.

ZERO STARS

Exactly what everyone else has been saying but on the worse end, the one way calls and conversations are beyond a joke. The nurse “responsible” for my last consult being closed never closed it properly and it wasn’t until I was completely out of repeats that I realised I couldn’t request a follow up (I assumed it was because my current scripts were still active) only to be left with no reply for a week.

Once they replied they told me that they were “sorry” and that it was fixed I went to book my appointment and was told there is a 3 week wait just to BOOK the appointment. Once I was allowed to book the earliest time available was a week later…

This company has me on my last straw as the follow up appointment i just had left me with even more questions as I haven’t been updated or allowed to purchase my scripts, made worse by them telling me I am a “VIP, because I signed up before merger”, well I guess this is the treatment I get right? What about everyone else as a collective???? Today marks 4+ weeks of less than 3 hours sleep a night, tossing and turning and it’s like they don’t give a damn after they get you pay before even booking a consult…

If I knew this beforehand I would have never entertained such a ridiculous situation, my sleep is bad enough so thanks for taking that away from me while you faff about with your inept system and or staff.

Go elsewhere, even if it takes time to move over, it doesn’t really matter 4 staff times 0 is still zero. ZERO STARS

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, help and communication. Being kept waiting for over 24 days after already paying for your consult is a farce. They are happy to take your money but don't seem to care about fillfilling their service. I am now in the process of finding a new Doctor and a competent dispensary.

This was the worst medical experience…

This was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had.
Dr. D Bhar was shockingly rude, arrogant, and dismissive throughout the entire telehealth appointment. He interrupted constantly, spoke over me, and when I questioned a supposed "new regulation" that requires purchasing CBD with THC (which I’ve confirmed is NOT listed in any TGA update), he brushed it off and snapped, “Well, I’m the doctor here, I know more than you.”

He also claimed I am now restricted to 25% THC due to my age, with no supporting evidence or explanation. When I asked for clarification based on official guidelines, I was met with condescension and zero transparency.

Disgraceful conduct.
Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and disregard by a medical professional. I will not be using this company again and will be escalating this as far as it can go.

Extremely poor service

2 months since I requested a follow up and I’m still waiting on prescriptions. Took almost 6 weeks from requesting a follow up to speak to a doctor who then missed half the prescriptions. 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting for it to be resolved. Support extremely slow to respond and unhelpful when they do.

Rubbish service, rip off products

Absolute rubbish service, wait 2 months to renew prescriptions to get told they no longer prescribe Indimed products which where the only affordable high quality products available that worked for me, got prescribed items twice the price $$$

Doctor tells you to book an appointment you go no response for days and miss appointments. Dispensing is bad they give you selected pharmacy which state have items but they don’t. Doctors writing scripts in correct and you have to wait. But they have received you're cash and no medication for 10

I have been a patient of cda clinics…

I have been a patient of cda clinics for years. Very pleased with there service.
I have just been told by email by candor. That I have to reregister with them. And wait 3 weeks for an appointment.
No chance that's going to happen. Good bye.

I have been with candor for years

I have been with candor for years, I have booked a check-up at the start of last month, no communication in between finally got a booking link for appt, booked appointment had my appointment then the following week, now been 48hrs
No scripts
No communication
No nothing
Taken my money and gone
They really need to think about the "medical needs of cannabis" rather then thinking everyone's junkies
**Avoid like the plauge**
All I want is my scripts and open communication
I have had nothing
I normally wouldn't bother with a review in fact this is my first review ever, just showing to the point how terrible this service is

Previously I was a patient of CDA…

Previously I was a patient of CDA clinics and I was very happy with their service. I was advised that Candor has take over CDA. I tried calling Candor but could not locate a phone number. Inquiries via their website went unanswered. Their messaging service started treating me like a new patient when all I wanted was to renew my prescription. Such a degradation in service from what I experienced with CDA. After a number of attempts to get in touch with them I gave up and went to Greenlife. Much easier. Had my doctor consultation and prescription was dispensed all in the same day.

CDA patient have been totally screwed

Was previously a patient with CDA clinics. Paid the money for an initial consult only to be stonewalled with automatic responses. No number to call, no one to contact, no accountability. I’ve since discharged from CDA clinics entirely since Candor don’t have the capacity to even look at my file, has been a week with no response as to a refund.
