Candor used to be an excellent service, but they recently made changes for the worst: 1 - They removed the option to choose which pharmacy to order from when placing a delivery order. 2 it... See more

Just embarrassing, lately even worse. All good until something goes wrong, awful customer service..So fast to get the money from your account but if you have any sort of problem they take forever to text you back (sometime over 10 days). I'll move to another company ASAP.
Was told a two week wait for approval I am a tranfering CDA patient now left without medicatin for almost a month. I have heard nothing over 3 weeks later, no reply to messages. Don't even have a phone number whole business seems like bots. DO NOT USE!

Terrible. Very minimal communication, poor process of transparency. Too complicated to even bother following the process through to completion. Paid the consultation fee, heard nothing, waited 3 weeks for any sort of response. Met with more online questions that would take me ages to complete but could be sorted in a simple 5 minute conversation with an actual person.
There is no way I will be using this service again. Surely it's not a service full of Bots? Sure feels like one.
I highly recommended to everyone that has fallen victim to this scam website to lodge an official complaint with the OHO with enough complaints hopefully we can get them shutdown for good they don't deserve the opportunity to provide "care" for anyone
Now owned by Virtua. No reply to messages.
You can google their phone number to complain, please be polite.
The same experience as many others have noted.
Paid the fee and heard nothing for two weeks.
Cop out after cop out reflecting the blame onto me when I followed up.
It’s run the most part by incompetent nurses.
Complete scammers. Take your money for a consult and never get back to you or reply to anything.
Leaving paying patients without medication is disgusting.

Garbage, same as everyone else here , paid , waiting, no response, it looks like they can't even be bothered cut and pasting the "apologies" to these reviews now, that or their AI response bot is even getting slack 😑
How many people can get ripped off $70 each before we can start a class action against them to get our money back ?
Used to be great for years, but they've clearly taken on more than they can handle lately. Wait times have gotten absurd and I have placed my last order with them (if it ever ships?) I'd recommend using another company.
Your customer service is disgraceful - I’ve recently signed up and moved from alternaleaf.
Waited over a month for the consultation after paying for it, doctor cancelled twice. Finally spoke to a doctor yesterday who asked me to send through some documents showing my injuries. Which I did virtually immediately.
The doctor then explained that they will then put my scripts through, I’ve had no reply from the doctor since even though I’ve sent multiple messages.
No scripts either.
I’ve had no reply from your support chat or your support email even though sent through multiple requests.
I’ve had no reply from the nurse even though I’ve sent multiple emails?
Not even a single number to call and everyone of your staff doesn’t bother replying?
Complete waste of time and money, paid the consultation last Tuesday 30/4 it’s now 7 days later 6/05 and have not heard a thing. No contact help lines, no automated messages to help inform on anything. Absolutely useless. 0 stars
Spent $60 and two months trying to get some progress on my treatment. No joy.
Hard to communicate with them.
Dysfunctional.
I paid for an appointment on the 23/4/25, and tried to contact the company without success. It looks like a big scam.
“If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute waste of time. They’re quick to take your consultation fee—and that’s where the service ends. No communication, no contact number. I even contacted the pharmacy they supposedly work with, and their response? ‘Candor is useless—sorry, you’ve lost your money.’”
Heres a review Candors Own Bot wrote after my experience
**Review Title:** Unresponsive and Unreliable - Avoid Candor Medical
**Review Body:**
I recently paid for a consultation with Candor Medical, expecting to receive information and a response within 1-3 business days as promised. However, after four days, I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via their messaging system and other channels, my requests for information and a refund have been completely ignored. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and suggests a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. I strongly advise potential clients to avoid Candor Medical due to their unreliable service and complete failure to communicate with their customers. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will be pursuing further action to obtain a refund.

what was once a good, reliable and helpful service has turned into a non existent team of bot messages handballing problems to other bot messangers. You pay for a consultation (wait a few weeks to get connected to a "doctor" that prescribes you things you cant actually purchase. Biggest waste of time and money. I'll be refunding my "consult" as it was never given to me and abruptly stopped being able to obtain my scripts or talk to anyone.
I paid for my consultation on the 16th, I have sent chats to both support and nurses and have had 0 response in both. With no phone contact I cannot recommend this company especially if you are already with a provider.
They take your money and that's it, you don't hear back from them.
I switched to candor recently as while my current provider was easy to use I wanted to access a wider variety of available medications of high quality, budget friendly medications. However ongoing issues with the system which have reduced patients access to medications(5 day delays), reductions in available medications in my short time with candor and inconsistent or incorrect advise being provided means I cannot recommend this company. I also provided candor an opportunity to address my concerns prior to posting this review. On my initial appointment 2 out of 3 of my choices were accommodated and the doctor advised my requested medications were a good fit. In my subsequent appointment my doctor advised these medications were no longer available and I was forced to chose new medications on the fly. I contacted the nurses section who confirmed my two original prescriptions were available and I asked that my original prescriptions be accommodated if this was the case, this request was also forwarded to the practise manager who advised it would be sent to the doctor to review. The doctor advised it was not available after checking with practise manager and further alternatives were organised. I don't blame the doctor, it's candor's choice to significantly restrict their available medications and further poor service by failing to providing clear advise to patients including updating the catalogue prior to appointments. The medication not on the doctors list was still viewable in my catalogue when I was advised by the doctor my catalogue should have been updated by the nurses. Again, not the doctors fault but my experience with candor is that the nurses are are providing incorrect advise to their patients, that means patients are blindsided by changes to the available medications, a decision candor has made recently which means I won't be staying long term. Candor, please note I gave you the opportunity to address my concerns and you left it to the doctor to advise the medications I was originally prescribed were not longer available. i understood switching to candor meant there would be delays in accessing support due to an online only contact system but the principal benefit of greater choice of medications no longer applies. Hard to deal with, delays in accessing medications and a lack of real responses from the practise manager means I have no positive points from my experience. I have nothing negative to say about the doctors, more just the changes candor has implemented with zero transparency have reduced patients access to good quality budget medications means they no longer are a brand agnostic company in the truest sense. I provided the opportunity for the company to address my concerns and you left it to the poor doctor to tell me candor doesn't prescribe certain medications, despite messages from your nurses confirming my requested medications were available. Lack of transparency, poor communication and patient care, reduced range and plenty of incorrect advise provided. This company has been recently acquired and the changes do not benefit patients but vested interests in certain medications at the expense of patients. I asked candor to provide a reason to stay and all they did was provided further reasons for me to leave.

The worst process, its been weeks and I still don't have a script. Bureaucratic nonsense, and your left feeling neglected by their cold text based delivery of intrusive questions, they shouldn't call it nursing.
