AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could rate these 0 stars I would. Placed an order on 19/8/24 early morning and paid for next day delivery. Both items in the delivery were shown as being in stock. Next day whilst waiting for that next day delivery I had to ring them at lunch time as no notification had arrived to say items were out for delivery. Upon ringing I was told one item needed to be ordered in so it hadn’t yet been dispatched. Eventually on 23/8/24 I received an email to say it was dispatched and due for delivery on 27/08/24. Received the order on 27/08/24, one of 2 items were missing. It had been poorly packaged and there was a hole in the bag. DHL delivery driver not interested at the fact it was incomplete. Candor was now closed so spoke to them on 28/08/24 to be advised it would be re-sent out next day delivery to arrive 29/08/24. Again lunch time comes on 28/08/24 and no delivery notification. Contacted Candor, who state it’s now delayed in transport and will be getting delivered on 30/08/24. They state DHL are normally fine for deliveries….the reviews here speak differently! The saga goes on avoid the hassle and order somewhere else. They think a sorry but it’s out our hands is sufficient to counteract the delays. Total joke

Unfortunately I don’t like leaving…

Unfortunately I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel things need addressed. If you don’t have items in stock please let customers know this is the case and don’t leave them ‘hanging’

A simple phone call with an update is all that is required.

Twice now I have ordered products that I needed for upcoming jobs which have either been very late in delivering or items being part-delivered (still waiting on half my order arriving which I ordered over a month ago)

I’ve now had to cancel a job I had booked in due to not having my items.

In a day and age where customer service is paramount and quick delivery is expected failing on both accounts on a regular basis isn’t the way to operate a business.

Also integrity when it it comes to stock availability should be a moral responsibility to your customers…

Credit where due

Credit where due. I don't suffer fools or BS lightly. Ordered a Hyundai jet wash then chased next eve. Had an email back 9.10am following morning saying it would be going out by end week as importer suffering delays. Called importer myself who confirmed this issue. Problem was I need to complete a large specialist clean of a £3m+ new build and already running behind, so I need it here Fri latest to work over weekend. Explained to wee lassie this and fact I'd have to cancel order just to buy another one importer suggested. She was really pleasant and understood. She also went away and done lot of work in background chasing importers rep then called few times to catch me saying she was sure we could have it in yard by following Tue. I explained still had to cancel as bought another just to save the 4 days and finish job. She confirmed to action a refund, and I see its already done 2 hours later. IMHO proper stand up company I will be happy to keep in mind for the future. Shame some are slating them with reviews. The best athletes/businessmen/doctors even fall down sometimes but learn not to repeat. We all need helped up, those that slate must live shallow perfect lives.

Excellent service and comms.

Had been let down by another supplier; who promised NWD delivery then, 4 days later informed OOS for 4 weeks.
So I rang Candor before ordering, although the listing did state 'In stock', just in case.
Item arrived next working day and communication was excellent.

Incompetent!

Ordered Crystal Green (amongst other items), as it said they had it ‘in stock’ on their website. Had other items Delivered a few days later without the Crystal Green. Contacted them and they said they had ‘problems’ with their website. This has happened before several months ago also. Looked at their website today and it still says that Crystal Green is ‘in stock’. Excuse after excuse, month after month. Clearly incompetent. Stay well away!! Will NEVER use these lot again.

Avoid them, you will lose your money

I made order from November and i supposed to receive the item within one week tell now i keep send email and call they just keep lieing to me, but I'm keep trying also they don't want give me refund or send my item they are stealing my money avoid them, you will lose your money

Great service!

Have to admit I was a bit dubious after seeing some pretty bad reviews. But couldn't find the part I needed elsewhere,so gave them a try. The part arrived 2 days later. Couldn't ask for a better service. Excellent.

Truly delighted with the service

Truly delighted with the service! Ordered a replacement hose for a beloved 10yr old Miele vacuum cleaner on Sunday and the part arrived on Wednesday. It works like dream and has solved the deafening high-pitched whistling noise it had begun to make. Would definitely order again!!

Go elsewhere

Placed an order that stated IN STOCK. After 2 weeks i emailed them no response. Another email. No response. On my 3rd attempt they replied to say its out of stock.
Another email to them asking why i wasnt informed. Replied to tell me its coming in stock in a few days. 11days later after 2 more emails to them. I email to say i want a refund. With in 3 minutes i receive a response to say it has been processed.

Absolutely shocking customer service. And full of lies. I recommend going elsewhere

Really surprised by the poor reviews

Really surprised by the poor reviews. I am a homeowner, not a commercial enterprise. I needed a duster/crevice tool for a Shark vacuum cleaner and the usual suspects Amazon and E-bay could not help. Shark themselves could not even say when they were likely to have stock!! Found Candor Services and just wanted to say I am delighted with the purchase. It is not a Shark original but you would be hard pressed to see the difference and it is considerably cheaper. Thanks!

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Ordered a specialist cleaning product, and the website said it was typically dispatched the next working day. Over 2 weeks later it finally arrived, leaking and the bottle top was broken - avoid!!

If I could give a -1 Star I would!
I waited 5 months for my order and when I chased it I was still told that they can't say if the Equipment would be in or not :O
"But you can wait and see if it turns up!"
No thanks I'll call it a day and take a refund I can't run a business on if's and maybes and have wasted enough time waiting.

abysmal service, say they lost my order and would be posted the next day it wasn't got it weeks later, ordered another part because i couldn't find it anywhere else and they resent me the part from the first order
