Disappointing Cabana Booking Experience

My recent visit to Canevaworld was unfortunately marred by a frustrating experience with their cabana booking system. I specifically contacted guest services via WhatsApp beforehand to inquire about booking a Queen Cabana. I was explicitly told that I couldn't book it online and would need to do so on the day of my visit, directly at the park.

Trusting this information, my group arrived at the park right when it opened, eager to secure a cabana. To our dismay, despite being among the very first people there, we were informed that all Queen Cabanas were already fully booked. This was incredibly disappointing, especially after being given incorrect information by guest services.

What made the situation even worse was the unhelpful and dismissive attitude of the staff when we pointed out the discrepancy in the information we'd received. There was no apology for the misinformation, nor any attempt to offer an alternative or compensation for the inconvenience and wasted effort. It felt like our frustration was completely ignored.

To add insult to injury, I've since discovered that it's now possible to book Queen Cabanas online. This inconsistency and the misinformation provided by staff led to a wasted trip for our primary goal and a significant amount of frustration. Canevaworld needs to ensure their guest service information is accurate and consistent with their online booking capabilities to prevent similar situations for future visitors.

Bugs in food and crawling on guests

Bought a ticket to medieval show at Caneva World in Italy. From early start we started noticing black bugs running on the table, and soon we were all itching and our food was filled with bugs. People next to us left, people next to them were taking t-shirts off and it was caoz. I could not eat the food after a while and did not manage to enjoy show, though I stayed for my son.
After complaining, they did not answer for 2 months and then state there are no refunds of tickets. Probably a good show for people in other seats but this row was overrun with bugs.

How crazy is that to deny to refund tickets after such horror experience, even people leaving before mid show!

TOURIST SCAM

Do not buy the online tickets in advance!

I got here on the 9 of september 2024, hoping to enjoy the day in the water as the weather was 26 degrees C. However, as I arrived at the park, a paper was stabled to the entrance saying the park was closed due to the weather. The park refuses any refunding as the tickets are not date specific, and can be used another day.
As this was the last day in Italy, this was not an option for me. At no point during the shuttlebus ride there did we get informed the park was closed, and there wasn't shuttle busses back to the city unless i waited 5 hours, so i had to Pay for the standard busses to get back. So i wasted 70 euroes on 2 tickets, 2 hours wasted on my last day on the variation, and a lot of frustrations.

Would give a negative rating if possible. If a thief had taken my wallet i would've lost less than Caneva park took from me.

Appalling, stay away

As per other reviewers, its a lottery buying tickets for this place. If THEY decide not to open then they say its your loss, even though its their decision and their fault.
There are much better and much more reliable alternatives in this lovely area.
Wouldn't waste my money in this place, ANYHOW!
