As the maintenance engineer for a care home, it's important for me to deal with companies that can offer a professional service. Cannon hygiene not only does that but goes the extra mile. Karen Martin, who is the customer relationship manager based at morecambe is my first point of contact and is alway happy to deal with any query I have. Would also like to mention Richard Benn, one of our regular cannon drivers.. A top guy and a credit to the company. Well done guys.

we had Mark on site today for some final installs, as ever mark was great and even did a site recce to ensure all other products were working correctly and had been correctly serviced. Mark is only an email away and always goes the extra mile to assist. Marks professionalism and customer service is second to none and he is a credit to Cannon Hygiene.

I phoned Cannon Hygiene yesterday for info on sharps containers, since my local Council has ceased supplying replacements for full ones returned to their offices. David very patiently replied to my questions, and sought help from colleagues when clarification was required. Since Cannon's collect-and-deliver service is available only to companies, I suggested they might contact the Practice Manager at our GP surgery. David told me the sales team would do so that very day.

just had a visit from Mark Humphries engineer to repair/replace hand drier ,it was only reported yesterday and Mark arrived early this morning ,his work and professional attitude were fantastic ,he is a credit to your company ,well done and thanks Mark ,

Kevin picks up the waste from 2 of the shops I cover, always friendly greeting as he comes in, goes about his business without any help from us (even when tables are blocking his way in 1 shop) and then will wait for our signature if we are busy, without any complaints at all. Lovely guy, an asset to your company!
