The potholes in your parking lot are terrible.
We waited about 26 minutes to be picked up at 1:00 in the morning. The other parking shuttles went by at least twice as we waited. And I did call for a pickup.

Easy parking at Canopy
So easy to pull up scan your QR code, gate opens, you park and within minutes you are off to the airport. Back home dropped right off at our car, left, got to the gate, scanned the QR and the gate went up and we were on our way home. It couldn’t be easier!!

Parking reservation was easy
Parking reservation was easy. Arrival was efficient. Only problem is that we had to wait for a long time at the airport upon our return to denver as it too a long time for the shuttle to come do a pick up and then when they did they didn’t have room for everyone. Pick up of our car was great as it was pulled up and ready for us.

We waited in the 90+ heat in a long line for well over 25 minutes. I felt sorry for those who didn’t make it on the bus. Your parking lot is full of pot holes and weeds. You clearly aren’t maintaining your business. We have parked here for years. This will be our last time.

We had a great experience leaving and returning with Canopy. Shuttle was waiting for us when we parked. And the best part was a shuttle pulled up at midnight just as we were walking up to the island outside yhr airport. We couldn’t have been happier.

I’ve used Canopy parking many times
I’ve used Canopy parking many times and had good experiences every time. On my latest trip I used the prepaid reservation option. I had used a coupon code and the pricing explanation on the website was a bit difficult to understand. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the proper discount. After looking at it a bit longer I did see that the discount was applied.
The scanner at the gate worked perfectly to scan the QR code from my phone. The drivers were great as always.
