Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience!

I rented Villa Can Rafal Ibiza directly from the owner and transferred €2,420 on 1 September 2025. The booking was cancelled on 4 September, over 30 days before check-in, which under the signed contract should result in a full refund. The owner acknowledged this several times but has failed to return the money or reply to further messages.

After many polite reminders and even a formal notice, there has been complete silence. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

I would strongly advise others to avoid any direct bookings or advance payments.
