THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

Items are not shipped from the USA. They come from China and took over a month to arrive. When it did the dog bed was awful quality and unusable.To return it I was told that I have to ship item back to Romania using a tracked a tracked service with pictures to prove the item wasn't damaged. That was over a month ago. The tracking shows they received it but now they ignoring all emails and not issuing a refund.

Do not buy. I have lost over £50. I can't believe crooks like this can operate.

All the same has happened to me that has happened to the other two reviewers. Do not buy a dog bed from this company...cheaply made and now that I am trying to return them they have ghosted me and have not responded to my emails. Wish there was something else I could do but for now I am still trying.

Items are shipped from CHINA - no mention of this on their advert! Items received are VERY POOR quality and look nothing like the advertised product. Asked for a return label to return for a full refund - and told that I have to ship back to them on a tracked service so that they can inspect the items aren't used or damaged... then they will refund me... as if I'm going to pay almost the same as I paid for the crappy products to get a refund? what's the point in that! They are SCAMMERS. Take your money (a lot of money) and send you rubbish - knowing full well that you're not going to return it to CHINA as its so expensive to do so on a tracked service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE... Shame I have to even give them one star! Rubbish... utter rubbish!

I wish I could give no stars for this company, they are all over Facebook advertising the donut dog bed which I have to say are good. However, do not order from this company as they behave fraudulently. I purchased, well over 2 months ago 2 dog beds, which came to just under £100, only one arrived. They have refused to send me another, and have refused a refund despite knowing that it has been lost in transit as their tracking only goes up until 1 July then stops. I have sent numerous messages by email and Facebook messenger and they fobbed me off until the 1 July and now they re totally ignoring me. I have lost all my money do not buy from this company.
