Beautiful Canvas Print delivered in 3 days, will order again soon.

Placed an order a month ago. Still not received despite numerous attempts to contact them. Even my posts on Facebook regarding this have mysteriously disappeared. Not happy

Canvas finally arrived after a few calls. Love the canvas, not sure what went wrong with the delivery else would have given 5 stars.

I have used this company twice before with excellent results. HOWEVER, the last canvas of my two little dogs who are no longer with us was not cropped as I had ordered. I spent ages getting it right and was happy with my cropping, B U T that was not the print I received. I ended up with more background ie more radiator than my girls who should have been the main focus. I phoned this company numerous times and always got an answerphone and I emailed twice, no answer. Bitterly disappointed but will vote with my feet, go elsewhere and never use this company again. I recommend you do the same.

07.04.17 - UPDATE - After quite a few emails back and forth, albeit I could still not contact the company by phone, I have received my new print. The original print had not been prepared properly. The new one is exactly what I 'cropped' and I am happy with the result. I would use this company again because when I finally got in contact my problem was sorted out.

2 months ago i ordered some canvas i never received.shame

I ordered 2 large canvas prints (48x32) online one evening and they were delivered within 48 hours. They were extremely well packed and protected with bubble wrap on delivery. The quality of the prints is superb and they are supplied with sturdy frames. I am extremely happy with the prints and the service provided by canvasprintsonline and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They will certainly my first port of call for any future work.

I LOVE the canvas I purchased! On the site, it said that my picture would come out pixelated and that I might want to choose another picture.
Although I was a little worried I went through with the canvas anyway and I'm HAPPY with the quality. It's gorgeous!
Next time, I'll use the computer for ordering because using the site from your phone is a pain.

Having read the reviews went ahead and ordered a canvas print on 14th August 2013 and paid extra for next day delivery. Didn't receive an email next day so emailed them enquiring as to when my order would be dispatched as I needed it for a client. No response so phoned. Spoke to a chap who said I would receive it today, 16th. Now 3.30, no delivery, phoned number on website 3 times, no reply. Not impressed. Went onto Facebook and no updates this year, which raises further concerns. Wondering if I will see my canvas at all now.
P.s. Didn't arrive, now have to go to client without the Canvas I'd hoped to give them. Let down badly by CanvasPrints Online, I'll be looking for my money back.
PPS Arrived on 17th, well-packaged and good quality, so I will amend my star rating from 1 to 3. The lack of any customer service, delay in canvas arriving despite paying the extra for next day delivery has taken the edge of my first experience with this Company.

I was very impressed with the simplicity of making my own canvas. It took me less that 20 minutes to place my order and it only took just over a week to receive it in France.
I would recommend Canvas Prints to anyone who wants to make those special pictures that much more special.

I decided upon this company based on their promise of next day delivery but an order placed at 2:00 PM on the Thursday didn't actually arrive until the following Monday despite me paying a premium for express delivery. Having sent a series of emails to the company asking for clarification no-one had the courtesy to respond, even with an apology. Whilst the quality of the product was acceptable I would not recommend this company to others for the reasons above.

I ordered a large panoramic canvas from Canvas Prints online over the bank holiday weekend. I had a large box (very well packaged) turn up about two days later, very quickly anyway. Inside was my picture, which was very well printed and stretched on a substansial wooden frame with wedges. All in all, I felt the whole thing represented really very good value for money. The picture was for my brother as a gift, and he seemed to be very impressed too. In fact I suspect he will be going to canvas prints online as he has one or two very nice digital pictures which he wasn't sure what to do with. I think I have provided the answer.
I for one will be opening an account as I am impressed!

As a professional photographer, I expect and require good quality prints to supply to my customers. I ordered a 36x24 inch canvas stretched print in black and white of a group portrait I had taken. Not only was the print delivered the next day (even though I had not paid for an express delivery), but the quality of the canvas print and the stretching was superb. I was very impressed and the customers were delighted. I rang Canvas Prints Online to tell them so.

It's the only print I have asked them to supply so far, but I will certainly be using them again.

I sent in over 50 photos for a montage and canvas prints online constructed a perfect picture from them. The quality is amazing and all done in only a few days. Well worth spending a little extra on.

Overall excellent service. The only online service that I could find that accepted more then just JPEG images (allowed me to send PNG formatted picture).
