The frame is great, the bike is surprisingly light and the suspension does its job really well. Although most of the parts are great, the chain broke out of nowhere while riding an asphalt road. Th... See more

I went to Moloko on recommendation from 2 friends who had been.
Test ride & fitting experience was first class.
Order and delivery of my bike was first class.
I would certainly recommend to others looking for a new bike.

From the purchase to delivery to setup it was as advertised.

Excellent delivery time, bike very well packed and easy to assemble. No scratches or other damage in transit. Have 100 miles already on the bike and has not needed any tuning/adjustment.
Only suggested improvement is the 27.5 tires were fitted with 29” tubes. I converted to tubeless before the first ride, but folding the 29s to fit in smaller tires created a crease that would have likely failed prematurely. Either go tubeless, or fit correctly sized tpm tubes.

Easy purchase, great bike with great components. I've been riding this grizl 7 for weeks and it is definitely right in line with all my other bike brands. Light agile and exciting on downhills.

The bike is fab! It’s my new pride and joy
Only critique would be gears needed indexing, is that not possible before the bike arrives?

My order was delivered on time, the assembly was made easy with clear instructions
I have had two rides so far with minor tweeks to set up and I am thoroughly enjoying the bike.
I do have a question, can the bike be transported using a tailgate bike pad?

The web process was easy and friendly, the shipping was fast and the assembly guide was pretty simple and straight through.
Its a pitty that you are only available online and not in stores in Chile

Bought an Endurace CF SLX 8 in October. The bike itself is lovely and I have a great time riding it. Its comfortable, quick and a feel great on it.
However the experience of buying from Canyon has not been so great. On my second ride, the gears broke, I had to roll 20 km home on Christmas eve when it was 2 degrees outside. Shimano were responsible for dealing with a replacement part, this took 2 months.
Now I have the bike back, the 4iii power meter doesn't work. It worked fine before it went into the bike shop for 2 months. I thought it was maybe the battery that had died, so I recently replaced the battery. But it still doesn't work.
I've effectively paid for a power meter thats a dud, and with bike season upon us, I dont want to put it back into a shop for another 2 months.
Canyon also said they would contact me to offer some sort of compensation for the issue with the gears. Unsurprisingly, I've not heard from them. Their bikes are great, their quality control... not so much.

The whole process was made really simple and intuitive. The website gave lots of useful information providing options for any combination of setup. From purchase to delivery the process was painless. I was updated at every stage being informed or where my bike was prior to delivery. Delivery was exceptional, with the driver going above and beyond, demonstrating incredible flexibility in ensuring my new bike was delivered direct to my door. Set up of the bike was relatively simple with plenty of instruction available online. Thanks to all involved.
