Just give them a call or send an email and you will have a quick reply. Easily find your equipment in the online store, or what I did made an appointment in the store. Coffee/ tea was already waiting for me. I asked for advise for speleo material I wanted to buy. Al materials I wanted to see, were already there. Good advise, they know there material. They give you all pros and cons which realy helped me to make a good selection. Thanks a lot!
