Repairs were made quickly and efficiently. A bit disappointed in the crushed box I received back when I spent good money to protect the cap before sending to Miami. Thankfully, cap was not damaged in return.

I currently have the Capillus MD hat. I have had it for 5 years. I needed a new battery and you no longer provide a 4.6 voltage battery. I was forced to purchase another hat for $2500 when all I simply needed was a new battery. It is awful that you could not manufacture a 4.6 battery.
It is also a shame that you do not make a case for the new Spectrum hat. My old Capillus hat came with a case (it does not fit the new hat) for the hat to protect it when transporting it.
Very disappointed.
Today, June 27th, I spoke to Christina in customer Service and she helped to clarify misinformation that I was given by another rep and the Dr’s office. My hat is still under warranty and there is a battery that can be replaced for my old Capillus hat. The hatcwas converted to use the 4.9V battery and I am able to replace it. Christina will be sending a battery to me. Thank you Christina for your assistance.

Too soon to tell how much better this is from my previous red light hat from another company.
The hat is much larger- to fit all of the diodes, but I like it because it covers more area. The design of the power cord connection to the hat and charger appears stronger than other manufacturers. This is what failed on my previous hat.
I placed my order directly on the website but never received an order confirmation. When I called to enquirer ( charge transaction was completed) I was told the number that I had from the order confirmation which I printed at the time the charge card was processed was not formatted the way Capillus formats there confirmation # ( what I had started with a different series of letters). I had to then ask to have the customer service person search for my order by name - which she never offered. She was quickly able to find the order and expected delivery date.

Isis was extremely helpful and was there to answer all of my questions. I just upgraded from the Capillus Pro to the Spectrum and have only used the Spectrum for a couple of days so I cannot yet let you know the results.
