Scammers, fraudsters?

I’m sure what these people are doing is illegal. They have issued a PCN for our car which was NEVER parked in their car park it just drove passed their cameras but they fail to acknowledge the pictures that would prove we were never parked and simply driving through the car park! Literally the biggest scammers I’ve ever come across. Happily awaiting a court date so they can be brought to justice. Feel sorry for other people who get scared by their bullying.

A bunch of Charlatans. Be Warned!

I have read all comment and I can concur, from my own experiences with this corrupt company called Capital Car Park Control, are a bunch of charlatans posing as a legit company.
In brief I paid for a permit for the whole year to park in a location these thefts manage, and they allegedly mislaided my documents and said they cannot be sure I sent it to even though I showed proof of delivery via royal mail and proof of postal order. They have no consideration to blue badge holders and despite the overwhelming proof I sent, they scared me into paying again to put me further in hardship and all the while they were lying throw their teeth’s, because i received a letter confirming they had cashed the original payment at the post office and kept the money and pressured me to pay again. I will be reporting them to trading standard and other agency for corruption and theft. It’s a shame we have people like this operating companies and causing so much alarm and distress to everyone that comes into contact with them.

P.s If I could rate them a minus, it would be minus five stars!

CHIGWELL ROAD Costa coffee

CHIGWELL ROAD Costa coffee
Dodgy company they will use all dirty tactics like didnt receive appeal letter and third party debt agency. Ok people Costa coffee dodgy parking this is what you do

- Send appeal letter with proof of posting and it is important to do the following at the same time:

- if you have paid already do the following anyway

- report Capital Car park to trading standards

- send an email to Costa to complain, be sure to send an email to say that Costa name is being tainted despite the land not belonging to them, call them too ask for head office

- send email to Redbridge Council ( they have already received several complaints) doesnt matter if its private land send an email anyway

- send an email to westcolt (info at westcolt dot com) the site manager saying that you will report them to trading standards if they dont do anything about Capital Car Park. They will say appeal to Capital blah blah and if they appear to be shifting blame in that case report Westcolt to trading standards too

- report Capital to BPA, Send email to BPA directors too

- Send a subject access request to Capital requesting any data they hold on you and data they have shared with third parties including recordings/transcripts of all calls you have made to capital. If they dont send this info or fail to reply report them to Information Commissioner's Office

- if you receive letter from DCBL, email (do not call they will just waste your time) them to say this alleged debt is in dispute and ask them not to contact you again as this can be seen as harassment. Their comments of 7 days to pay and matter will be escalated is absolute BS; these are scare tactics

- feel free to copy this message to other sites such as BPA reviews and capital website

REMEMBER DCBL / capital car park has no authority to force you to pay. Only a county court has that authority. The threats of escalation are tactics that unfortunately many people fall for.

It's a shame Costa is not doing anything about this.

Hope this helps everyone!

Corrupt, Run by Thieves (Terry Szmidt)

Corrupt and run by thieves.

My personal data was held on their files, used for their financial gain, they tried to paper over an error in their system/notification process by threatening me with debt collectors, and despite multiple ICO enquiries, they offered zero response. This organisation sits on £100+ of MY money (paid to avoid debt letters and credit issues) and undoubtedly that of many others.

Next step, police report... looking forward to this one. Hope you are, Terry.

Unwarranted Fine, Irrefutable evidence but they don't seen to care

I received a fine for £100 as I was accused of parking without authorisation. I called CCC to tell them it must be a mistake as I had authorisation every time (we were to'ing and fro'ing as my daughter was moving out) and they informed me it was best to write this in an appeal, on their system.

I did the appeal and explained how they were mistaken. Asked them to check again as their information is incorrect. I lost the appeal! My daughter ended up visiting concierge and gained printed evidence of our authorisation to park; I wrote CCC a letter and sent it to their head office. I've just received a letter saying as I disagree with the appeal decision I must appeal again through a separate company POPLA. I called CCC again and said they should not have charged me in the first place so I should not have had to appeal the first time let alone again. So I have written an email. If they want to take me to court then they can, I will win. Why could my daughter get printed evidence of our authorisation to park but CCC could not find it, twice! I even sent the evidence with my letter, to CCC's head office, it looks to us like they do not care about facts, evidence or right and wrong.

The stress this company is causing is awful. They should fined. Think I will contact Trading Standards.

Bunch of crooks that have been sent…

Bunch of crooks that have been sent details to show the driver was entitled to park were he did but this has been ignored instead, because they can't do anything about this ticket instead, they have chosen to chase the registered owner despite them having everything to show the drivers name and adress and his admission that he was the person responsible for parking were he did. this ticket has now gone up to £2,580. I can't wait for my day in court with them!

This parking company are scum

This parking company are scum. They issue parking fines. You pay them. Then they say you have not paid. And send you more letters so you have to pay more money. The police need to get involved. To find out what they are up to. If you ring them you can't talk to anyone. They do not get any stars from me. They are taking advantage of normal hard working people. The parking space is my own space. My ticket had fallen on the floor of my car.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I WAS FINED for a parking space I OWN! The joke of their system is it asks you to submit payment for a permit (to park on your own land) and the payment doesn’t go through, although it looks like it has! They refuse appeals even though their system has various technical errors such as payment faults, not listing the property or just simply not working. If you are a new owner to property they are managing the parking spaces for, capital nor the management agent make you aware you need a permit before purchasing the property. This is extremely inconvenient when trying to move in as they don’t answer the phone and wescolt answer emails days later when you are fined. There are no signs for LANDOWNERS showing them how to get a permit. The phone number on their signs never answer and youl be lucky if you get a response! There is no common sense approach and they chose to ignore emails raising questions. Surely they can see applications have been submitted and their payment system doesn’t work. Although they will offer you a PayPal option this only came to light after I emailed! The company is nothing more then a sham set up with inadequate IT and an ignorant incompetent team.

Terrible

My first ever trustpilot review.

I went to pick up a fridge that I had bought from a resident in a building that has a rear car park. They told me it was fine to park there if I wanted to, and not on the street where it was for FREE. So when I entered the car park, I did NOT see any pay and display sign, or a present machine to pay or any other indicator that tells me this car park is not free, without having to purposely look for one. These signs should be clear and obvious to people naturally without having to look for them. I could have parked on the street for free, no problem, but again, there was no signs in the car park (at least not visible), so why not?

I checked some pictures of the site, some of them do include a clear big sign which I would have noticed immediately. But it was NOT present at the time, and I have pictures showing that the same big sign is not on the entrance at all, or any other sign for that matter. I tried to reason with them, but it is impossible and they don't wanna see or consider anything that doesn't involve giving them money. Now they're using a third party Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd 😂😂

No, I'd like to take this to court. I have 3 witnesses and pictures. We were two cars and 3 men adults who did not see any sign in this tiny car park, maybe somebody snatched them off, I don't know. Figure it out yourself.

CCPC may damage you business.

This is my first Trust Pilot review which, on reflection I am compelled to write because I am deeply disappointed and shocked at Capital Car Park Control's practices and hope to protect companies and individuals from them in future. I'm particularly disappointed in my management company for using them.

CCPC gave me a £100 fine for parking in my allocated parking space in my government-assigned worker accommodation during Covid-19. I appealed and sent them a picture of my valid permit, and they still insisted on fining me £100 for using my allocated space on the grounds it was not 'displayed clearly'.

I'm sorry to report that during Covid-19 when many companies have developed a social conscience, these mercenary opportunists are entrapping and threatening people with debt recovery companies.

I would caution property management companies and businesses against using CCPC as they are likely to upset and exploit your clients, customers or residents and deter them from returning.
