A really good credit card to have easy to apply

I only got my card about a month ago filling in the application was as simple as it could be. The app that I have with the card keeps me fully updated and is easy to use. The is no chance of you having late cards payments the app and the emails off capital one keep you fully aware of everything.

Scammed and yet slow to no help

I have had a credit card with this company for many years I am having the most appalling customer service ever. I was scammed for money in early July made a claim and yet they said 14 days, now 10th Aug still not sorted, just phoned and they said it had now gone to fraud but I never was told this. You have people working for you that are not fit for purpose, this is now world wide for many companies the world is falling apart
