Terrible company (if you can even call them that)

Capital PC claimed their order process might take up to "3 business days", but that is garbage. I've been waiting over two weeks to receive my Windows 7 Pro 32-bit installation media / product key, which, from the looks of it, hasn't even been sent yet. I've been calling the company for about a week, and keep getting sent to a shady voice-mail recording. No one has called me back and their customer service department (if they actually have one) has not responded to any of my emails. Is it illegal to just not send out a product that someone paid for?

Additionally, I would suggest that TrustPilot take a look at some of the reviews for this company. Many of them were created on the same day, say basically the same thing, and are filled with similar spelling and grammatical errors. It's pretty obvious they're fake. I would be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't see any way by which this company could be listed as anything but "Very bad".

Update: I just noticed that their site is also filled with typos and grammar mistakes just like the (probably) fake reviews below. Take, for instance, this excerpt from their "Contact Us" page:
" PLEASE EMAIL US FOR FURTHUR ASSISSTANT , WE WILL REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS HOURS "

Worst Ever Online Ordering Experience

This is a second attempt to post my horrible experience with CapitalPC aka CapitalPC.net.
I was looking for a Windows 7 Pro 64bit OEM CD. Found CapitalPC.net to have the best price. Ordered it. Received the wrong CD from them. They finally sent the right CD with NO COA! They said they'd send the COA via email. I wondered if this was legit. I asked for it via REAL MAIL. They said they would send the physical COA. They never did. I called foul (fraud). I emailed Microsoft to get a legit version. I let the Arizona Better Business Bureau know. CapitalPC.net is now on the Northern Arizona's BBB website with one review from me describing this whole ordeal. They now have a "D+" rating with the BBB. "CapitalPC.net better business bureau" is the easiest way to find it for all you that use google. First page. Worst customer support. You type to them...they take forever (days...weeks) to get back to you. You call them. They say they'll call you back the same day. False! They never call you back. Have fun!

P.S. At one point in this ordeal CaptialPC.net stated that they would issue me a refund. I trusted them and waited. To my shock, no refund was issued. Photos of my online credit card statements are proof! Now CapitalPC.net has the guts to say that the transaction was credit card fraud on my part. Any excuse to make the honest customer look like the bad guy. This is so shady that giving a penny of your hard earned money to an organization with this type of integrity is foolish! They need to change their tune and become more ethical or go out of business. Nuff said.

1 transaction great. 2nd transaction I am out $65.

Bought 2 copies of windows 7 dell branded. 1st on was fine. 2nd one never arrived. Asked CapitalPC to just send key # as i had the install disk. They responded would send another disk. Never got 2nd disk, can't get key from them. USPS is useless and won't respond where they delivered the disk.

Nice to do business with, will definitely use Capital PC for future purchases.

I'm in the process of converting four 32-bit XP Pro platforms to W7 Pro. I did two of them first, using the Dell branded W7 Pro from Capital PC. These are not just re-installation disks, they come with COA sticker (affixed to CD sleeve) and key. Both are installed and running, activated with no problems. I've ordered two more copies, hard to beat the price. Dell branding appears in the System screen (manufacturer and logo) and in the IE default home page, I haven't noticed it anywhere else.

For both of these orders a USPS tracking number was issued within a day, but several days passed with nothing delivered to USPS to ship. This was promptly fixed after contacting Capital PC through their web site, they've been really nice to work with.

Product as advertised . . . Pro Full Version

I ordered on Monday and FedEx arrived Thursday, but they had sent Windows XP Pro instead. A Quick call and the saleslady said she would take care of it. The following Tuesday FedEx arrived with the correct product. I would recommend this product as well as capital pc

Great service

Although I really like Windows 7 Professional, I see that everyone else does too. I want to comment on capital pc tself. When I ordered the product, I received a email that it had shipped (USPS) on the 8th. When I hadn't received it by the 17th I called. Without hesitation, they said they would send me another copy via FedEx
