OMG I BOUGHT A 2023 RAV4 FROM THIS COMPANY IN NOVEMBER 2024. I PAID 24,500 US DOLLARS FOR THE VEHICLE. UPON ARRIVIAL IN GRENADA I NOTICED THE COLOR WAS NOT MATCHING ON THE FRONT BUMPER AND FENDER. I CALLED THE AGENT ADRAIN IS HIS NAME AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT BUT HE LIED. I KNOW ITS NOT A NEW VEHICLE AND THERE WILL BE DENTS AND SCRATCHES BUT WHY LIE. I TOOK IT TO THE BODY SHOP AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS A RECK VEHICLE AND WAS REPAIRED VERY POORLY THE WATER BOTTLE FOR THE RADIATOR WAS BROKEN THEY WERE TAPED WIRES EVERY WHERE. SOMEONE ASK ME TO SEND PICTURES I DID AND GOT NO RESPONSE. I AM CALLING BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING. THAT IS NOT RIGHT CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME PLEASE. BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO BUY FROM YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY SAD. I WILL NOT WISH THAT ON ANYONE..........

ALWAYS USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR A VEHICLE THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU. THEY DON'T RELEASE YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL YOU ARE SATIFIED.
SOMEONE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLY FOR ALL THESE PEOPLE MONIES. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT GET AWAY THIS.

If I could give Zeros stars I would. I bought a Mercedes A180 from this company. The car I bought was in perfect condition, the car I received was the same model and colour and that’s about it.

The original car I bought was swapped for a car and they never said a thing. They pretended nothing had happened until I mentioned that the chassis number on my original invoice was different to the one on the B/L. and on the car which landed in Ireland. There were parts missing, damage to the front and rear bumpers and the dash had lights on it. The engine cover was in the boot.

You cannot trust this company or it’s staff and I won’t ever buy another cars from these cheats.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is full of dishonest people. I ordered a vehicle from them which when it came In had a hybrid battery malfunction. I had not even driven the vehicle from the port. I dealt with the regional sales manager named Tariq Jatoi. He has given me run around for over 4 months since I had this vehicle and have lied to me over and over and have not given one cent to help compensate for this issue. I contacted the company directly to take my issue further and Mr.Shazad who is head of department communicated with me once and had since then ignored every single call or message I have sent him for weeks. This company is one you should stay absolutely far from as they are dishonest and will do nothing to help you if THEY send you a faulty vehicle.

I also paid for my first vehicle before this vehicle I mentioned above which was the second. It took 6 months to receive that vehicle and I ordered the vehicle above two months after that and received it prior. He held my money and did god knows what for months and finally shipped my first unit in August after lying for months telling me it was in Jamaica on hold. I could tell from the Shipping reference stating when it left Japan. He also shipped the wrong colour vehicle although I told him it was wrong before it shipped. These people simply do not care!

I am out thousands of dollars on my own with a vehicle I have to spend more to fix myself

Please don't buy cars from this seller. Sells very bad cars. I lost money when I dealt with this company. Very bad service, denied to compensate a part of loss I have due to structural damage.

It is a complete fraud company who doesn't deliver your car after receiving the money in their account.
They have done that with so many other people in differentsc countries like Newzealand, Uganda, Kenya and so many other countries.
If someone is looking to import a car dont get trapped into their fraud.
