Shipped wrong cartridge!
Shipped wrong cartridge which caused significant disruption of service. After speaking to our office administrator I found out that the cartridge provided damaged our Neopost machine and that we were forced to replace it. We also were forced to purchase an OEM cartridge for the new machine at a significantly higher cost.
