An absolute disgrace! It’s shocking and deeply disappointing that someone could treat people this way — turning what should have been one of the most important and memorable days of our lives into an absolute nightmare. I only managed to recover a few photos and videos, and the quality was appalling. On the day itself, two random individuals showed up who clearly had no idea what they were doing and had to be directed throughout. When I asked for the raw footage, I was told it was “against policy,” which is completely unacceptable and unheard of.

I booked and requested a female photographer/videographer for a gender segregated wedding. Everything was paid upfront. 30 mins before she should have arrived, I was sent a message that she'd had an emergency and a male would be sent instead. They ignored all my messages and the male photographer said he couldn't get through either apparently. I then requested a refund and have been ignored ever since.

We booked this photography service for our wedding in December and paid the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

On the wedding day, the photographers were not proactive or enthusiastic at all. Instead of capturing moments naturally, they often just sat around waiting to be told what to do. I found myself having to direct them to take pictures, which is the last thing you want on such an important day.

Since the wedding, we have been waiting patiently for our photos, but almost a year later, we still have not received a single picture. Communication has been erratic at best. They occasionally reply with promises like “photos will be delivered next Tuesday,” but then disappear again for weeks at a time. Multiple messages have gone unanswered.

We are not the only ones, I’ve discovered multiple people over Instagram and TikTok who have had the same experience — paying in full and never receiving their wedding photos. This seems to be a pattern rather than an isolated incident.

It’s heartbreaking and frustrating to be left without any memories from one of the most important days of our lives, and the lack of professionalism throughout this process is unacceptable. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
