Misella Pear Alexandrite Ring Set
I was looking for engagement rings for my girlfriend. She doesn't diamonds, so I googled to find alternatives. I stumbled upon alexandrite stones, and then expanded my search from there.
I came across Capucinne and a few other sites where I found 1 or 2 rings that I liked. Capucinne was a bit more pricier than other sites i came across, but I was really drawn to the Misella Pear Alexandrite stone ring set.
Since I've only ever shopped at local jewelry stores such as Michael Hill or People's, I was a bit hesitant to order online, from overseas by only looking at web pics. It was about 2 months of reading reviews on google, and reddit, and going back and forth between ordering or not. The ring went on sale and I said screw it and took a gamble. Again, I've never purchased jewelry online so I wasn't sure what to expect. I chatted with one of the online reps in an email to re-confirm my choice. Shipping was a little bit quicker than originally discussed, which was great. There was an issue with DHL as I specifically left shipping instructions as "signature required" on. Sure enough, DHL just drops it off by the front door without any signature. so the ring sat for many hours before I was able to get it.
Anyways, once I opened it up, I was very happy with the ring. Turned out great and better than what I saw in their online pics!! I went with white gold and an alexandrite main stone, with 2 moss agate side stones. Very happy with my purchase and with the process of ordering.

I am totally obsessed with my Raw Salt and Pepper Diamond ring! I have to have it resized because it is too big and the local jeweler said they would not do it. I got back in touch with Capucinne and the customer service has been amazing, they are going to resize it and re-engrave it for me. They have gotten back to me so fast and have been so helpful!

I have ordered the 14k bracelet with the malachite big stone from them. The bracelet came without the stamp. So I gave the bracelet for the approval to Latvian state laboratory. The stamp 9K was put on bracelet. The expertise stated that the purity of gold around the stones is less than 14K instead of 14K (how it was stated in advertisment). The rest was made of 14K.
Update: the company reacted very quickly and took the bracelet for the asessment. The points on the bezel tested below 14k - 57.2% and 57.1%.
However, all other parts - approx. 60.65%, 60.9% and 60.6%.
So the mean value of all points on the bangle is 59.3%.

Purchasing rings from Capucinne was a top notch experience from beginning to end, starting with excellent communication with the company when I was simply exploring the idea of potentially making a purchase. From there, it progressed to me meeting with them to look at various options, a meeting that went extremely well. They were so patient with me as I hemmed and hawed over their multitude of options. And then they were extremely accmodating regarding my nickel allergy and need for platinum only jewelry. Finally, the communication was excellent once the order was placed - I knew what the rings would look like, when they would ship, how to handle customs upon arrival in the US, and now how to care for them longterm. Diamond came scratched
My partner and I picked out an engagement ring together, and were so excited when it arrived. Although the ring is beautiful, it arrived with a scratch on the face of the diamond. I immediately contacted customer service with a photo and order number, and they did not get back within their quoted timeline and haven’t responded to my follow up email. Very disappointing experience.
