Best Company in the World!
I spoke with Vida and Alex a lot!! I am a worry wart, and ended up messaging them about nearly everything just to make sure the creation and then delivery went perfectly. They worked with me on a custom engagement ring, and then guided me through the DHL shipping process. Everything was so smooth, I will use them before anyone else for the rest of my life! 10/10 highly recommmend!

Prior to my lovely wedding ring, we already purchased our engagement ring here and since we had such a lovely expierience we also got my wedding ring here as well. The support and the quality speak for themselves and especially the support interaction is always lovely and fast to respond. We have no regrets buying our ring from this site. My local goldsmith also confirmed the authenticity and quality (which you should do in any case when spending/Invest over a certain amount) and congratulated us for this beauty. Amazing jewelry, beware of customs
I absolutely love the piece I ordered, and so did the recipient! Beautiful work, along with beautiful packaging. My one complaint is that I had to pay a large import duty at US Customs. I wasn’t aware this was my obligation, and Capucinne should make this possibility more prominent when purchasing.

Fast shipping, good communication BAD jewelry
I rush ordered the ring and it arrived on time, communication was also pretty good. However… the ring itself is extremely disappointing. I do not feel like the picture on the website is an accurate portrayal of what I received. I feel like I’ve been had, I should have known better. I will be purchasing my jewelry from local jewelers from here on out.

In love with our customized engagement rings!
My partner and I designed our engagement rings and they are gorgeous. His band is rose and white gold with a black rhodium finish on the white gold. I got a moss agate yellow gold solitaire ring. They look exactly like how we designed them. We were extremely satisfied with the process from beginning to end. The customer service was thorough and timely. They helped us figure out more details about our customized rings that we were unclear about. We are so satisfied that we decided to go with them for our wedding bands. We'd like to customize them again since that process was so enjoyable. I highly recommend Capucinne for all your jewelry needs!
