Working away at the time, Ellie was really accommodating to reserve the car for me and was happy for me to collect a few weeks later. All questions were answered quickly via email and I couldn't fault the customer service. Collection day was straight forward, with good aftercare provided where required. A well oiled machine showing how car buying should work
My first experience of buying a car online was seamless, well supported with excellent communications from Spencer. He explained the whole process very clearly and nothing was too much trouble.
Despite issues with a personalised number plate and the DVLA, the issues within Car360's control showed a well thought thru system which together with the excellent delivery and collection service ran like clockwork.
